Do you KNOW that the movie "Fools Gold" was shot in Port Douglas? Matthew McConaughey had a scene running down the dock at 2:44 where the 2 yachts are facing inward towards the shore. Now you know.

With its tropical climate, it looks more like SE Asia or the Islands in the Pacific. Very cool looking place.
