Thank you for posting this useful walk around. I’m staying there in October and really looking forward to it. Drove through there a few years ago from Cairns en route to Daintree and vowed to return. Looks ideal and a beautiful place.
wow looks stunning :) im thinking of booking to stay at the grand mirage resort for our honeymoon, and wanted to see what the main st of port douglas looked like so was very interested :) But its a bit concerning that there are no cafes :( i live off going to my coffee shops, and like them to be open 5-6am, i think i might be in a bit of trouble here. hopefully the resort does great coffee :) can i please ask, how your beautiful cat blocks out the wind? found that a bit confusing. great video :)
I went up there in 1994 to see my step sister in that mariner mirage the music was loud these guys were playing jimmy barnes new album in the car they put it up loud when there drinking there's no where to swim in the summer
Yep best to swim in the resort pools. I'm not chancing things in those waters. As they say "If the stingers don't get you, the crocodiles will and if they don't the sharks will do the job." thanks for watching. 👍

Never fear there are plenty of cafes. It was afternoon, so a lot had locked up early. Haha on the cat. Just the furry covering on the mic that’s all.
Coffee Works is great also has fab chocolates
Yep that’s where I picked one up. It was good.
Totally different , I was there 1984
Wow i bet it was very different back then. A lot less commercialised.
Yes very very different, land near the beach was 20 Thousand dollars, at that time was around a year's income
