At 3:26 I think that is primary control not feedback, at 6:22 I think the PGM FI module stops that cylinder's injector operation until key reset when misfire is gone, it detects the condition through the crank sensor misfire detection. If you had put your scope on injector control, you would have verified it. What do you think?

So what are you saying? Because I also had the same assumption (Invested because I have the same issue)

In my case I suspected it was the computer stopping that cylinder from firing and not an actual physical wiring issue
