- A beefy battle for the ages...Today we're back at The Ilkley Cow taking on their new 128oz challenge!
1 x 45oz Spiral Cut Rib Eye
1 x 45oz Sirloin
1 x 30oz Chateaubriand
1 x 8oz Rump
A pile of fries, a bunch of onion rings and a mess of vegetables...
All in, over 9lb and about 10,000 calories of top end meat! But can it be done by a team of two inside 60 minutes? If not it's £150 on the bill!
UPDATE: The rules have now been updated to state that 'professional eaters', whatever that means, must complete the challenge solo. So check in with the restaurant in advance. If you and your mate are just average hungry joes, then you can have at it just like my sister and I did!

Q: How come you don’t get fat?
A: I eat like this for 1 hour of a 168 hour long week. In simple terms, I eat at caloric maintenance over the course of time, meaning I don’t gain weight. If you're interested in learning more, see the 'It Was Just A Normal Day...' video.
Q: Don’t you worry about your health?
A: Not in particular. I’m active. I eat nutrient dense foods five days a week. And, I get quarterly bloods done, amongst other health checks.

Evening folks! Hope you’re all having a great week out there. As always, thanks for stopping by for another video. Tonight I’ve got Sister Beard in my corner to help me take down Ilkley Cow’s new undefeated 128oz team steak challenge!
A 45oz sirloin, 45oz spiral cut rib eye, 30oz chateaubriand, 8oz rump, onion rings, chips and some veggies. 60 minutes to finish or it’s £150!
For anyone concerned about our proximity in this video, I’ve had to take care of Jenna’s son (my nephew) on a number of occasions recently, which makes social separation between the two of us largely redundant. We did attend the restaurant wearing masks and the staff were diligent in observing necessary precautions.

He didn't call her an alcoholic, just suggested she liked a drink more so than him. That's not an alcoholic... people band that term around way too liberally. At most she might be a binge drinker, or more than likely just like a few drinks where as he's pretty much not a drinker at all. But yeah she looks nothing like an alcoholic, she is far too fresh. Stop using the term alcoholic to describe anyone that likes a drink.

"I dont feel anywhere near full" he says after eating 6 pounds of steak. His sister was also impressive eating 2 pounds of steak plus some sides and downing at least 60oz of liquid. That family has some unique genes.

That was just wow. Jen was a real trooper to knock back 28oz of Chateaubriand and still carry on eating. Although all that liquid must have taken up a lot of space. As for yourself, you continue to astound me. Even in my heyday I couldn't compete. Chapeau.

yeah but it's steak aint it...think about it in weight terms...it's still 3.6kg plus maybe another kilo with fixings...plus it loses weight in cooking...so in terms of fullness...compare this to rice pudding last weekend it's not even half haha

My entire daily food intake would equal a small strip of the rib eye, one of those onion rings, 5 or 6 chips and a little bit of salad......props to your sister, Im bursting at the seams just watching and sipping a glass of water.

I would love to be there. I have a medical condition and haven't been able to eat solid food for about 4 years now. It used to only flare up once in a while, but now, I might try a bite or two from sheer desperation. Before my digestion shut down, I took my winnings during a trip to vegs and had a steak dinner at the Gordon Ramsay pub there. It was massive. Massive, and came with a scoop of butter melting into it. I'm sure there were wonderful sides, I only remember the best steak of my life. I couldn't stop eating it. Anyway, I had vicarious enjoyment. Thanks!

Get well soon. When I was in the hospital for some surgeries I binged food TH-cam videos because I was constantly hungry but not allowed to eat. Big mistake... but it DID put me on to BMF, Food Wishes, Emma’s Goodies, and Sorted Food. Why I watched so many hours of delicious food why I was so hungry I do not know...
