My ldl 148 total cholesterol 237 hdl 49 triglycerides 202
No diabetes 92
Even though iam following healthy diet I won't eat anything unnecessarily

92 ...fasting sugar? Seems you are having insulin resistance and metabolic syndrome. To understand better we need more details like height weight waist circumference and HbA1C levels. Blood pressure.
