Where would you like to take the company in 3 to 5 year? Where would you like to see it regarding marketplace, competitive advantage... What would you like to see happen in 1 or 3 years both short-term and long-term?" 3. immediate needs => question: "if you are able to change one thing for business today, what would it be?" => answer: (make myself relevant to their needs) "Oh, actually I've got an experience in that. Let me tell you a story about it. how I handled that kind of problem." 4. growth goals => question: (know their expectations) (for short-term) "Do you have growth goals set for this year? If so, how far are you along in meeting those goals? Do you have set for this coming year? If so, what are they? What are your growth goals? What're your plans to reach that?" (for long-term) "When it comes to long-term growth, where would you like to see yourself in the market?" => answer: (research shines) look at 6 pages for the ... "I noticed that you're number 1 in the marketplace but you have about xx% marketshare. What are your plans to gain marketshare in coming 1 to 3 years? And with your competitors App Store, how do they hold competitive edge over you? How would you like to leapfrog the competition to be better than them?"
