As an Ethiopian I wanna clear something: coffee enthusiast will know that Ethiopian Coffee is one of the best out there, but the problem is because all the best quality of coffee beans are exported outside the country, we (Ethiopians) get the worst quality available. Do y'all thick this is normal!?
So if you are buying from a supermarket you are looking for a sealed bag with a good description on the cover, with a nice picture and a sell by reasonable date 😊
The elevation gives a lighter more aromatic floral note. And the region description gives that rich earthy aftertaste. Its all about the placebo dude 🚬
The higher the elevation, the less caffeine the plant produces. Caffeine is bitter, less caffeine = more acidic coffee and less bitter notes The region is important because, just like tea, every region has different soil properties, so the beans from a certain region will taste different from others
I have had my decaf beans for a couple months because it’s a big bag and it’s super acidic on its own now should I start trying to find fresher decaf coffee
That is a Timemore C3. It is a pro model because the handle folds. Just from what we saw, we can't see whether it's an esp model or the regular 12-click-per-turn model.
I prefer goat sh*t coffee. Its got a rich goat sh*t taste which is unique amongst all these other beans. I also love the price tag being 6 x more than other beans 🫛
The Coffee plant is indigenous/native to Africa, the only place on the Globe where it grows Naturally. The plant is now produced along the “Bean Belt” and distributed to countries like Italy, etc. Youre welcome.
Lighter roasted specialty coffees like this one don’t brew as dark because the beans aren’t burnt in the same way a darker roasted coffee is. Therefore, this can be plenty strong regardless of appearance.
I love how this is just as detailed as Tea, so many people say they prefer coffee because it's simpler, if only they knew how similar they are
W8 brewing tea can be as complicated as coffee? I thought it's the coffee brewers who have a tool for everything?
@@user-me1mv4vy9qtraditional teas have so many tools and processing. Even a second counts :p
Brewing tea is a lot easier.
Weed is also similar 😅
Frfr brother you gotta switch up how you get your caffeine, drinking tea for the first time after drinking straight cofee is crazy
You're like the Nick DeGiovanni of coffee
Both of them slay, wish the algorithm would help him out
Now we just need a Nick DeGiovanni of Tea.
Except nick doesn't teach, he just does his thing
i was thinking the same thing lol
That side profile really had me thinking it was him😅
This is called an ad.

its happens in every coffe producer area.
@@huus5682sadly yes!
Sadly it's true
I have some Guji I offer and it’s very good. Thanks to the workers who do a great job there.

You should know the picker that picked the coffee cherry off the trees too

That mug is just so so stylish! Can you tell me what mug and dripper that was?
Pour over , mug kit
It’s called the Pureover. Morgan Eckroth did a video on it that’s a better analysis of its flaws.
Unfortunately La Colombians is owned by Nestle. Support local brands and boycott for 🇵🇸❤
What to look for when you're buying breaks:
"ja!" written on the pack.
Water quality has a big impact as well.
I think la Colombe had a tv show. Like dangerous grounds or something like that. It’s been a while but you mentioning them dredged up the memory lol
This is a dope channel. You've inspired me to start on my coffee journey. I just bought my espresso machine.
true influencing!
La Colombe is a good step up from Starbucks, but they too overroast their beans. Stick w better roasters like Onyx, Brandywine, Black&White…
That little head shake as you waft the beans into your nose 😂😂😂😂😂
Beans that are oily looking will taste burnt and are over roasted
Well done,
All this for coffee? Give me a break! And a cup! I felt I was there smelling it too. Great description.
So if you are buying from a supermarket you are looking for a sealed bag with a good description on the cover, with a nice picture and a sell by reasonable date 😊
Give Kafiex Roasters a try. Their compay took 5th in the US for coffee roasting
This is sponsored isn’t it?
Where do you buy your La Colombe coffee beans? Mine never have a "roasted on date" just an "expiration date" which isn't as useful
Directly from the store or online if they have it. The expiration dates are supermarket supply like most the supermarket beans.
Ok where did you get that glass set I want one too.
Ok awesome now what do these things like elevation or region tell us?

This was an ad not how to find good coffee beans
I cannot drink coffee out of glass!
Is la colombe a good espresso brand
Do you love coffee?❤
Where do you find beans like that say that much?
I would rather roast my own coffee beans then buy store bought coffee it tastes so much better and it is way more fresh.
Don’t cut towards yourself 😭 and the way you hold that cup is sketch 😂 but I love my timemore grinder. Really made things better for good coffees
I drink nescafe gold😐
I have had my decaf beans for a couple months because it’s a big bag and it’s super acidic on its own now should I start trying to find fresher decaf coffee
U LIKE COFFEE MORE THAN LORELAI GILMORE USHSHSJAJH
For how good their beans are, their premade coffee in the cans are absolutely terrible
Looked a bit to watery at the end but what do i know
Does anyone know what that hand grinders is called?
Yes it's a manual / hand grinder 😂
That is a Timemore C3. It is a pro model because the handle folds. Just from what we saw, we can't see whether it's an esp model or the regular 12-click-per-turn model.
grinder is use in this vid
Coffee I'd imagine a good start
Is the timemore c3 good for espresso?

That coffee looked weak as fuck
Like tea..…😂
