I bough Gok’s book ‘Gok cooking Chinese’ years ago, always a ‘go to’ in the kitchen. His Lo Mai Gai , sticky rice and Chinese mushrooms steamed in lotus leaves are absolutely heavenly! Made wrapper dough today, using pasta machine to roll out then will cut into rounds for pork gyoza tonight…yum!
