The gameplay is actually not that bad... I had maybe 2-3 bugs during the 12h I played in the Beta. The core loop was quite repetitive (just like most ubisoft games of this kind now) if you didn't go out of your way to try new ways to approach each mission or enemy base, but it was still quite enjoyable (though I'm a Warframe player so I'm used to repeat missions as long as the gameplay is good). But the locations, the level design was really good : sniping from a cliff to an enemy base on the other side of a bay, etc. That was really good. Other than that, I agree with all your criticism of the game, you really managed to show and explain everything I felt was wrong with the game. Maybe I wouldn't say it's as bad as Fallout 76 ; however, 76 was an experiment for Bethesda, while this is exactly the same kind of game as Ubisoft has been developing for years. But what a waste of good environments... it had a real PUBG feel. A not bugged and better optimized PUBG : didn't they make a good "battle royale" in The Division ? when you think your meme game is good, then you see a layman intro. best intro to date boys!
Let’s face it - if enough people didn’t buy the XP boosters in AC:O, they wouldn’t have brought them back...
Not sure they would just make it more grind till people started I will not buy another Ubisoft title. Ghost Recon is my favorite franchise all time in gaming. But that is also going back to 1998. Since GRAW2 it's all been down hill. Future Soldier was alright but not as good. Wildlands was trash but it was also a sandbox. This is cancer and worst game ever period. I would rather play Duke Nukem Forever than this trash.
There're alwasys some losers would buy this to make them feel special.
I am still playing games from 7 years ago . Because as soon as I see anything to do with micro transactions, I will not purchase.
Fr Ubisoft make a the same game over and over . This is division ghost point
There's good games with microtransactions, but they're far and few inbetween. The modern monetization scheme is actually AIDs
@Spencer Rees Warframe?
@@zenbrown7144 u dont have to buy warframe to buy mtxs
All games optimized for mtx at 60 dollar price tag is a sin
2:19 My favourite washing machine!
That intro should get an Oscar for visual effects and voice acting...
Me: SAM'S HOODIE STRINGS ARE EVEN LENGTH!
*sees Ralph's hoodie*
Me: *throws monitor out of window*
Sam hoodie strings sets my OCD off.
They still cant put the camera in the centre either...drives me nuts :P
Crus Russ FFFFFFF Can't unsee it now. 🤦🏻♂️
@@Dan016 Yep camera is always facing Ralph more. I have come to get used to it now. And sometimes I even forget about it for a minute.
That intro though, the meme's are top tier, getting better every new video
thanks for that intro guys, i don't know how many years has it been since i saw the Powerpuff Girls intro, really good nostalgia trip
Ubisoft:
It was a surprise accident
4:29 I would legit throw my N64 across the room if this happens. The water temple is the worst
There needs to be a Hall of 76 for the Laymen.
amazing intro, it is what I have been waiting for.
I replayed that intro like 5 times
That intro needs a separate appreciation comment
Every fanboy:
"Who cares about all the monetization. You DON'T have to buy it"
😂😂
They're right. I don't have to buy it. And I won't.
this is too bad for fanboys imo
I enjoyed the beta, therefore I bought it.
They're right, I don't have to worry about Breakpoint's Macrotransactions... if I don't even buy the game. I'll just save my money for more worthwhile games.
The always online DRM is there to dissuade the use of trainers and tools like Cheat Engine. If there's risk of your account being banned for skipping the xp grind then most people won't do it, and that means more xp booster sales.
There are some great Ghost Recon time saver bundles available on steam right now, they are called OTHER GAMES!
So basically the paid time savers weren't meant to be now, but later was their defense? WTF, that's even worse.
Damn, that intro was incredible.
2:15 I just keep on repeating this velociraptor baby hatching of the egg, so cool
This was THE BEST intro so far... 😂
That OoT Water Temple disconnection bit is a war crime
I need to cut the intro and save it and keep memeing it for the rest of my life.
Oh god that mini gun guy spinning with the fiddle song had me rolling!
Laymen, you're doing god's work, keep it up.
The production value in this video is unreal! :D great job! Hillarious!
"We're looting *the brand* "
(Points all over the place in the AAA community.)
Laid up in VA hospital, thank you gents. This Texan appreciates your efforts!
Best. Intro. Ever.
Ok I'll finish watching the video now.
I was so excited to preorder this game but when I heard about micro transactions, I said I’ll take my money somewhere else.
*macro transactions
I've been playing the game for 50 hours now ,I haven't even felt the slightest urge to buy anything else.
I have awesome weapons , skins galore , great gear .
It's all in the game for free.
@@TheAgentAssassin what, Starlink? I just wanted all the figurines.
TheAgentAssassin is right. The grind isn't bad at all. People getting mad at these micro transactions but games like modern warfare are getting no hate for the loot boxes which are preditory in nature. In 76 u can buy a fridge so saying it didn't have micro transactions is the stupidest thing ever
Omg some of the best mems you've ever done.
