I interpret it as her realizing that nothing she ever did had any real importance. And thus, her life never had any meaning, as MJ said. And thus, by saying that "Nothing important happened today.", Vanna is acknowledging that her entire life has been worthless, and that she had thoughtlessly squandered the gift of life that Spider-Man had fought so hard for, even when Vanna was a total stranger to him. Essentially, I see it as her finally understanding that not only did her life never amount to anything, but she had wasted whatever potential she may have had to do something truly great by wallowing in her own delusion that Spider-Man was stalking her. And she failed to realize the truth until it was far, far too late. And that realization has left her feeling....empty. I wouldn't have been surprised if the end of this comic was shown in another panel of Vanna's grave, possibly indicating that the realization had stripped her of her will to live to the point that she may have passed away that very night.

Funny thing is...current MJ could be Vanna now lol
I don't know man, with the way zeb well going, it's not gonna happen anything soon
No? She never stopped Spider-Man from doing his job lol
@@WebbedManiac she never stop breaking his heart either
@@jackripper4419 That's literally a different matter. OP was arguing that Current MJ = Vanna, which is not true at all.
There people like this.
This girl is batshit crazy
Forty years from your teens isnt going to have you shriveled, grey, and retired lol
The Encounters were years apart. She was an adult when she got the restraining order.
Her interactions with Spider-Man were years apart. She even commented that the first incident was years ago on her second post about Spider-Man. She only came across him in highschool and then in college. After that she eventually got a job and finally went to get the restraining order and went to the Daily Bugle. By the time she had her story in the newspaper she was a grown woman.
She should've sought help, but nooooooooooooooooooooooooo, she had to get a restraining order. Her bloody loss.
Why didn't the judge mandate that she get help?
@@IkeOkerekeNews That's a great question
The judge even said you need professional help.
Didn’t she have a therapist that told her her obsession wasn’t healthy? She did get help. It didn’t work.
Disaster strikes:
Spider-Man: "Is (names those with a RO against him) in the group?"
Civilian: "Yes, why?"
Spider-Man: "Then I can't help you. Can't be within (mentions distance) of (her/him/them). Bye!"
Survivors take RO person/people to court if they don't outright attack her/him/them.
“That’s just your fear. Fear cannot be trusted.”

Blogging every day for 40 years straight about Spider-Man is genuine obsession.
And she claims that Spider-Man is stalking her.
Imagine saving the school from the Vulture and instead of the usual bad press from the Daily Bugle, you get Me Too'd by a random girl you just saved.
I thought the comic would end with her getting caught in a villain fight and seeing Spider-Man swing away because of the restraining order and getting crippled in order to learn her lesson
Like MJ said, no piece of paper would stop him from saving her life because that’s just who he is
Wow this chick is making Sally Avril (from Spectacular Spider-Man) looking like the nicest girl in the franchise smh 🙄🤦🏻♂️(no to mention she even hugged Petey in one episode).
To be fair, I don't think even Sally herself would stoop this low
If this isn't a narcissist i don't know what is
They hate you when you're here, but love you when you're gone.
POV: you’re a young Karen in a super world
this is just what a person with main character syndrome is like
I feel like she wrote "nothing important" as a way of agreeing with narry jain. She wasnt important and the man they conversed about who was very important was now dead. So nothing of importance happenend that day
The reason her parents shout is her
Ok, but seriously though, they were all coincidences, but there were so many that it makes sense as to why she would think something is suspicious 💀
There were two, first when she was a teen, and the next when she was a grown adult. Her paranoia made it seem like a lot, but the truth is, with how much Spider-Man’s enemies move when they fight, and the varied thematic interests of his villains, it’s likely a ton of people encountered him once or twice. She just made a big deal about it.

@@microcelltechnicalassistence Spider-Man’a whole thing is protecting civilians, and this lady doesn’t seem the smartest, so she probably just wandered into places where supervillains were about to strike.
@@JacksonVoet Sandman and rhino, so i doubt that, but It Is a coincidence

Kingpen having a restraining order on all active police in the city: 😉
Mj straight up told her your An Npc in our story
Naw bruh mj entered her lowtiergod arc💀

Whew oof, now that one was dark
If I remember right, "Nothing important happened today" is also what King George wrote in his diary on July 4, 1776.
Vanna : you were the one looking under my skirt back in high-school you perverted menece !
Spider - man : I wasn't looking under your skirt I getting changed because vulture turned up .
Vanna : you mean the vulture you hired so you could spy on me !
Spider-man : what reason would I have to spy on you .
Vanna : you tell me !
Spider-man : ... you know your not a good person , I mean heck you just sat and watched as flash thompson bullied me .
Vanna : hey ! I'm a g- wait flash thompson ? ( flashes back , pees a little )
( Explosion happens )
Spider-man : don't tell anyone . ( shoots web and swings away )
Vanna : ( falls to her knees ) peter parker ....
20 seconds into the video. "Huh, I wonder why Peter would have to file a restraining order against someone...oh wait it was filed on him? Probably JJJ or some villain..."
*A high school student and cheerleader*
"Oh no. Oh god Pete what did you do?"
A great commentary on karens.
Karen mind set
I’m willing to bet after that news article she was mocked relentlessly. I mean talk about making an absolute ass out of yourself.
Saw a YT short about this just now and I had to see the full story and it is wild.
The short does not do it justice.
Can a Judge even legally give a restraining order to someone who is not aware of the issue or even the person seeking the order? I mean, Spidy knew nothing about this and she couldn't prove he knew who she was. Would that stick in a courtroom?
I am pretty sure the judge only gave it to the woman just so she can leave and seek help. Like he even doesn’t think issuing a restraining order on a superhero vigilante would do anything
@@BigK13372 Yeah, he straight up said that getting a restraining order against Spider-Man is about as useful as one against martians.
The biggest Karen in Spider-Man comics
Oh my god I own this one LMAO
She would get along with JJJ
Well as shown in the video JJJ actually praised her for this
Then she woke up 😆
A Marvel tsundere.
Talk about a sad life.
Some Spiderman villians have a habit of messing with family. Rhino nearly got killed over it.
Never thought we'd get a comic about the women in this generation, but of cpurse it had to be spiderman
The definition of a side character having an ego
i don't believe spider man would ever follow that order
Yeah like what are they going to do, arrest him?
Police been trying to do that for years with his growing vigilante activities. Not like they would suddenly take him in the moments he is within radius of some random woman
What the fuck was that ending
So...she was the one obsessed with spidey
and just think, this was still only 2006!
Vanna: Here thiis is restraining order against you!
Spider-Man: thanks *uses web to take it and wipes his ass with it* i ran out of toilet paper yesterday. *Swings off*
Vanna: ._.
Hurts. But still karma.
Okay i got it. I think it's her acting like this and believing her lies because she has nothing eventful or meaningful going on in her life. That's why she missed the attention she believed Spiderman gave her.
Huh, I wonder what the inspiration was behind this story.
Was it supposed to be one of those stories to advise a reader to do something with their life? Maybe display how toxic thinking can affect your life?
Ok i get how the first incident did look suspiciously like peeping… but girl did you ever consider the fact that maybe you just have extremely bad luck?!🤣
