Public Tours Commence for Cedar City Utah Temple

The stage is set for the public open house that begins this week for the Cedar City Utah Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Visitors will have several weeks to go inside the temple for a guided tour of the main rooms, including the baptistry, an instruction room, a sealing room, celestial room and bride’s room.
“When they approach the temple, they'll be able to find different elements within the architecture that they'll find similar to some of the other historic buildings and temples that are in southern Utah,” said Mark Berry, project manager of the temple. “We tried to make sure that we brought that pioneer feel.”

This temple in Cedar City has spoken to me like no other temple I have seen, it is indeed hard to put into words such sacredness brought on through the Holy Spirit of Promise.

Even though I can not travel for the New Temples, I feel the excitement of the sacred air. People travel long distances to attend the public open house where the excitement goes up many levels. Church authorities, Prophets and counselors attend with their loving wives who are always at their side. But just above it all are the angels that record and share these events with their testimonies and messages of "Well done true and faithful servants". Matt. 25:21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. This is really beautiful.. .I LOVE TEMPLE IN DEED .. . THE HOUSE OF THE LORD. GOD BLESS US WITH TEMPLES... I WISH THIS KIND OF TEMPLES WILL BE IN MEXICO... BUT NOT REALLY COUSE THOSE ARE ONLY BOXES OF SHOES... US MORMON TEMPLES HAVE MORE BEAUTY...THAN MEXICAN TEMPLES.... THAT'S NOT JUSTUCE... US CITIZEN TAKE ALL THE TERRITORY THEY WANTED.
