Thanks again James, I didnt notice any action till you mentioned it. Did see one on the Suzuki TS/TC group on FB this morning. Thanks for the heads up, and the sharing. Thanks for watching
@@montana2strokeracer Well...I might have shared them on at least 3 boards!! ;) I'd love to spend my eventual retirement doing something similar! Learning a lot. This is what social media is supposed to be. Thanks! And a big thanks to your wife for nudging you.
thanks Dale for another great video on assembly i have ordered from thailand but shipping is taking longer for me than you . I was also wondering how you cleaned your engine cases I want mine to look nice but Im not going to buff them to mirror image like alot of videos i see
Thanks John, sorry your parts are taking so long, that sure hasnt been my experience. I clean the cases really good with mineral spirits. Then put them in a ultrasonic cleaner with simple green pro and water, for about 30 minutes. On this bike the outside cases are painted argent, while the two inside cases are natural aluminum.
hello friend greetings from ecuador I have one of those motorcycles and I would like to buy an exhaust since there is no here I don't know if you can help me
Hi, those exhaust pipes are hard to find here too, I had to do a lot of repairs on mine because they are hard to find and expensive when you do find them. Wish I could help but not sure how I can. Good luck and a thanks for watchin.
Your videos are getting traction on old Suzuki 2 stroke forums. Keep up the good work! Helpful, informative and well done. Thanks!

How the kick start work sistem ?
Yes it works great. Or did you want to know how it works. Thanks for watchin.
@@montana2strokeracer yes sir I want look the work kick start !! Because my ts125 1973 sometime failed the kick
It is more than likely the kick pawl, that is the only wear item. But you do have to split the cases to replace it.
