Hey Jason. Love the front elevation. Unique driveway. Wide open entry. The staging is amazing and it comes furnished? 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼. Lovely formal living/sitting area. The den is perfect for gaming and Netflix and chill. Lovely dining room / kitchen / family room. Look at the size of the fridge. Saw the powder room as you went to the garage. 1st guest bedroom Jack n Jill to 2nd bedroom to hall wall and 3 more bedrooms with en-suites. So 5 spacious bedrooms. So only the primary is upstairs? I shall soon see. Ok. Backyard is amazing. Outdoor covered kitchen and dining. Tons of seating and loungers. Lovely pool and grassy area. Outdoor shower. Beautiful stairs. Look at this primary. Beautiful house with a lot of windows, I like the inside of the house. My favorite car in the house is the futuristic Tesla Ecar. If I buy this house I will change the design, I will add a second floor on both sides, add balconies and change the triangle roof to flat roof.
Two quick thoughts... First, while I love a Baja shelf in a pool, the trees kill it for me. Having had pools near vegetation and away from it, the presence of vegetation greatly increases the amount of stuff you have to clean out of it (including debris, bugs, frogs, lizards, and snakes). Second, kind of disappointed that you didn't point out that dock on the lake. Sure, some people will say it looks like a fence, but... lol. Great video.
@@cdula26 um, not talking about cleaning the pool. I'm talking about using it. If you have an outdoor pool you should always skim it and and check the drains before using it. That's just a decent pool hygiene rule. Our pool guy only comes once a week and you can't safely use it for 24 hours because of the stuff they put in it. If we had to wait for him to come every time we wanted to use it, then having a pool wouldn't really be a convenience.
That has one of the biggest master suites I’ve ever seen the bed may be a king size but the room is so big it looks like a full-size bed, lol funny about using the punching bag for the guy who didn’t buy the house ha ha you’re hilarious you make this so fun!!! 👍🏽

This house was completely redone less than a year ago, new flooring , new impact windows, new pool area, new kitchen and bathrooms … totally redone and comes fully furnished.

Its a great looking mansion i like it a lot. The only thing i would say is that the backyard doesn't have a lot of privacy though!!
