This is a beautiful modern design North Miami house, I like the dining room with the beautiful chandelier. Ilike the living room with the nice sofa. I like the white marble island kitchen. I like the master bedroom, the beautiful master bathroom, the walking closet and the outside shower. I like the balcony and the pool.

Nice front exterior but too much going on inside (upstairs, decor wise). I also hated the lack of privacy in the backyard. I did love the mosquito screens. With a few changes, it would be a nice vacation home.

I think i’ve only seen like maybe 2-3 homes you’ve shown that have had those mosquitoes screens is rude asf. Every south Florida home needs those screens if you want indoor/outdoor living comfortably

Awesome home. That bar area is 🔥. But not cool having to get on a step stool to reach that 4th shelf for dusting and reaching the spirits. 🤦♀️. Definitely catching the immaculate vibes. I’ll be in the shaded dining. That outdoor furniture is amazing. The cushions don’t sink in when you sit. Your aerials are amazing. When one can afford such a large amazing home, they can afford a live in staff member. That’s a lot of house to maintain and clean. Love that each bedroom had an en suite. You tickle me when you said plants in the shower. Amazing shower and terrace with the peekaboo outdoor shower. Amazing home. Thanks Jason. Is there a behind the scenes with eats video?
