I def thought you had it in the bag, also new idea for scarlet/violet vid, choose Pokémon by type, but any type the Pokémon has counts whether It's their Regular typing or the Tera typing, also I'd like to see you guys try using items sometimes to spice it up and maybe get some use out of the other abilities you guys get stuck with.

Started with electric-water, then electric-dragon for the resist, and then electric-flying just in case GG got a ground attack somewhere. (Semi-surprised he didn't bring that. Although to be fair Camerupt is not in Sword and Shield.) That was a good start to the catching. The Arctozolt that just couldn't get hit with fire moves was nice too.
Water-type pokemon with raindance and weatherball, Arctozolt with primordial sea, really thought Chillin had this one, but man, Magmortar and Blaziken sure did a lot
Quick used a legendary so.
I think we have to admit Chilln has considerably better RNG than Quick GG lol

I think it'd be cool to see ice vs bug types because they are considered the worst types by a lot of people
It would be to 1 sided because ice is super effective against bug

@@superjpgmon2909 You might be thinking about the bug flying types that do get hit by ice for super effective damage but there are some bugs like scizor and volcarona that are good against ice
I'm sorry but ice would slam bug hard most bugs are pretty squishy and most ice types are very bulky
Ice is the best offensive type in the game. It's one of the worst defensive types because it only resists ice.

I'd like to see the Ash Ketchum challenge. Only being allowed to catch the first 6 Pokemon you see provided Ash caught them.
That sounds awesome! I think it'd be even better if they have to go off memory. And there's a penalty if it turns out that they got it wrong.

Arcanine had aqua tail, so you still would have been fine lol especially with arcanine's attack. Still, very cool crit at the end. You two are great, I can never pick a favorite. One vid I'm rooting for chillin, another vid I'm rooting for quick

I thoroughly enjoy challenges where you catch all your pokemon and then build your teams at the end. It’s fun to watch you strategize even when you don’t show it.

Core Enforcer suppresses the opponent's ability so quick could have just used Searing Shot or Fusion Flare instead of hoping for a high roll or crit. Of course he still had an arcanine with aqua tail so he'd have been fine anyway.
It only surprises the ability if your opponent moves first and since the Blaziken was going first it didn’t surpress it. Yea it’s a dumb caveat to that move.

I love these channels because it’s like a science experiment for the game we all know and love
challenge: Catch a team of 9 random pokemon. When finished, flip a coin to determine the evolution state of each of the 9 pokemon. Heads= 1 evolution up. Example. A charmander who gets a coin flip heads will go up 1 stage to become a charmeleon. Tails = 1 de/evolutionary stage down. example a charmader who gets a coin flip tails, cannot go any lower but will be brought in full circle to a fully evolution state ie a charizard. another example is a heads on a charizard will bring it in full circle back to a charmander, and a tails on a charizard will be a charmeleon after going down by 1 stage. after doing this to the 9 randomly caught pokemon you can chose the 6 you like for battle. skip all non evolutionary pokemon in your random encounters for this challange

A challenge that could be fun to watch could be one were you choose between 2 types like this video but instead of neutral you do like a fire vs water, where one team has an obvious advantage but, the team with the disadvantage can choose legendary and etc. and the advantage team can not.

Not sure if you guys were the first ones to do these challenges but I won’t even watch anyone else doing these, maybe I’m sleeping on some good ones 🤷🏽♂️ but the sword/shield challenges are always the most enjoyable, I’d like to see you guys do some more timed catching challenges overworld or random grass🤞🏽maybe a poke ball only challenge again lol those are classic
You could check out United Gamer, Gameboy Luke, Shady Penguin, Short tempered, Vintendo, and Patterrz if you like these sorts of videos but with a little more strategy, they’re definitely worth a watch! But if you prefer the more laid back challenges that focus more on fun and goofs, nobody beats Quick and Chilln!

IDEA FOR CHALLENGE: You make a wheel with a bunch of different Pokémon qualities. It can be whatever you guys decide to put on the wheel. For example, has to be a fire type, has to be above a certain weight, has to have this specific letter in its name. Attributes like that. Just add a lot of em to the wheel. Encounter a Pokémon, and then spin the wheel. If your Pokémon fits the attribute the wheel falls on, you get to keep it. If not, you are forced to run away. Then just input however many skips you feel you each should have.
You guys should do an over 100 challenge! The rules are you spin a wheel of stats and have to catch the first Pokémon you see that has over 100 base stat for that category!

There was a video previously where you chained type-strengths. Would be hilarious to see it in reverse with weaknesses.
Challenge idea: two good moves( your choice) two bad moves(opponents choice) and you choose the move at random. No self destruct moves or the like. Love to content, keep it coming!

Video Idea: “Trivia then we fight!” There is a box full of random Pokémon when randomized movie sets and abilities. Chillin and quickGG will take turns asking and answering Pokémon trivia questions. Wrong answer your opponent gets to choose your Pokémon. Right answer you choose your own and take turns

I think that the next one should Be: Dark vs Rock types (trying to pick two types neutral to each other).
Video Idea: “Pokémon Jeopardy!” Answer Pokémon trivia and the harder the difficulty of the questions, the better the Pokémon.
Although if you get a question wrong your opponent chooses have a baby for you. There are 3 boxes filled with random Pokémon. Box #1: has baby Pokémon, Box#2 has fully evolved, Box #3 has legendaries :)

Idea: Type lock versus where yall take turns catching pokemon, but choose one move type to lock the other out of pokemon types
Example: quick Catches a manetric. It knows dragon energy rain dance nuzzle and searing shot.
Could lock chillin out of dragon type pokemon but they can still know dragon moves.
Dynamax double battle would be neat.

Challenge: Rules No legends, Full evolve, Spin for type and find in over world.
Both party knows each others party and moves, BUT no swapping/switching. Players have to decide the order each Mon goes out in Ascending order.
Obviously moves that cause a switch have to be changed to players choice.
Such a simple concept, but still so much fun. Great as usual
You should try this challenge again with Fighting VS Bug Type, as these are the only 2 types in game that resist each other.
This is the last week for my semester and when you guys put out videos it’s a nice break from the stress thanks for the great vids guys.

Challenge Idea:
You get random starters, and you tell the other person what one of them is. They decide if they want to take it, or pass. If they pass, you go to the next of the three. If they pass a second time they keep whatever the last one is. No skips. Keep going unitl you have a team of 6, fully evolve and fight it out.
Plenty of opportunity for jebaiting and brig-baining, based on the order you offer up the pokemon.
