I think we have a new iteration of Vision. There's some built-in angst when White Vision awoke that our Vision dealt with by being with/ around Ultron. I think Charles Spencer (I had to look his name up) deserves to be on the list in Captain America Civil War-- he was a kid doing humanitarian work in Sokovia when Ultron attacked which Tony uses as an example of why it's important the Avengers need to be put in check. I'd say he's important enough since he was given a name, left an impression on the Avengers, and represents the innocent civilians who get caught in the crossfire.

I totally agree with you. All of the deaths you mention were very emotional. Marvel does a fantastic job of really making you care about the characters and so their deaths are very painful.
lol Big RIP But hey, maybe you can add a Resurrected category if folks die, but then return. We had that with Elektra, kind of had that with Vision, a version like that with Billy and Tommy, Agatha's a ghost, and Wanda's likely to return. We need some kind of additional category or categories for the died-but-not-really folks. Maybe a It's Complicated category.
On Coulson even if SHIELD is canon, he's technically speaking still dead given he died before S6, sure we got other versions of Coulson, but one was a demon alien creature and the other is an LMD
This is a very devilishly tricky conundrum you have set as, there are many that I'm hesitating over including. The death list of agents and police officers is huge and, family members like Peggy Carter's husband we have not seen them on screen. William "Bill" Fisk.. killed by a young Wilson Fisk Carina.. The Collectors assistant.. she was neither a hero or a villain N'Jobu.. He is Eric Killmonger's father and, he is T'challa and Shuri's Uncle. Fenris Wolf.. he died in defence of Hela and Asgard, that does not make him a bad Wolf, only loyal. Vision is dead and also he was disassembled. White Vision is definitely not the same character" The Ship of Theseus." More importantly White Vision has a new head. Evanora Harkness, Agatha's mother in WandaVision. William Capland is dead, Billy Maximof's 'soul/essence then entered his body. Hunter C-20.. killed by Renslayer Tiamut.. turned into marble by Sersi.. neither a villain or hero.
8:59 what about wasp from what if because she did sacrifice herself at the end of the zombies episode along with happy Hogan who died while fighting zombies I do consider them both dead and what if season 1. Thanos also died from Ultron after finding the Infinity Stones it was also cut in half.
Those are very good suggestions. Truly noble sacrifices by each of them. I fear that if I open the door too wide, I could end up pulling in a ton of characters, but I do like your ideas!
Also regarding public servants: I would add all the tva troopers that died to Wade in the beginning of Deadpool and Wolverine. My argument is they aren’t villains as they were following orders to apprehend a rogue individual. They all just died while to bye bye bye. Which based on several kill count videos for the movie puts that number at around 30 or 33 at the most but you can do your count.
