Truly did not realize how checked out from the MCU I was because I didn’t know about half the stuff in this video, but a lot of these genuinely could be great.
It’s definitely on DC to make any sort of competition. Interest by audiences has been incredibly low for DC, that’s not something you’re winning back in a year (and especially not with Superman, a character that isn’t super popular anymore) Marvel and DC are on 2 completely separate planes.

I feel like at this point Marvel can throw out banger after banger, but one bad (read that as "ok") and we'll see videos like this. Even if every movie was original, with different tones, art direction, oscar worthy acting and writing, people are still gonna find issues. Plus it's not like Disney will ever stop making movies about marvel characters. The MCU ends? Guess what here's a new Iron Man. Brave New World needs to be solid. It doesn't need to be a home run, but it's pivotal in making any ongoing saga meaningful. Thunderbolts could get away with flopping because I don't think there are many expectations. But man, I'd love to see it done well. Low power, human interactions would be a welcome change to the MCU.
The negative reports of Brave New World and talks of reshoots honestly terrify me. The Captain America movies and the D+ show are all among my favorite MCU projects, and what I saw in this upcoming movie’s trailers were giving me high hopes. I don’t want this to be an omen of things to come for both the title’s legacy and the MCU’s future.
I think the breaking point will be the Avengers movies. If the box office for them is underwhelming then we'll see how much damage doghsit like Eternals, Thor 4, Ant-Man 3, Secret Invasion, What If has really done to the brand.

Marvel has been broken for since Endgame. It's very obvious they have no clue how or where to take things next. Deadpool 3 was an outlier because there was massive hype around it for years. The fact they had to drag RDJ back from the grave to play a new character, is a very clear sign of the state of the MCU.
I’m looking forward to the daily episode drops for What If season 3. I know the TH-camrs keep complaining about it, but I honestly don’t think this show is popular enough to keep fans tuning in for 8 weeks (considering it’s an anthology series with unrelated episodes).
I think the reason I’m cautiously optimistic is precisely because a lot of the projects dropping in 2025 have reportedly been finished for some time. I am hoping that past 2025 they will double down on their “aim” to produce less projects so each project they do produce can be given more time and attention. I’m excited for the new spider man show and I love the costume. The movies briefly touch on the prototype/first draft suits but they are limited because they need to get to the real suit pretty quickly. There’s never gonna be a full Spider-Man movie that ends with him wearing a suit not fit for a movie poster. With a tv show, there’s more time to iterate and time passing between episodes to make it more realistic as he slowly develops the suits technology and design

I still don't understand people who think they tried to make him a villain. To me it looked like a man who had some issues tried to take an easy solution to a problem, and it backfired by exaggerating his flaws as well as his strengths. Super strength and super PTSD, and even through all that he still makes the right choice at the end. To me it just felt like they were setting up a weirdly flawed character for an interesting redemption later on. This whole villain narrative is just weird to me. He was never objectively evil, just a very conflicted character which is what makes him so interesting

I actually liked her series just fine, but apparently I was one of the few. I agree with your other takes - nobody watched the series, the movie was terrible, and she doesn't have enough comic fans to pull it through. I think it's been confirmed that it is indeed Agatha. Not to mention from what I understand it's a musical episode (which Wandavision and Agatha All Along could be described as) and as far as I know that particular character is voiced by Kathryn Hahn, the actress who plays Agatha, and with What If they either get the same MCU actor to play the character or they get someone else who they haven't done any MCU stuff with before, most often a professional Voice Actor.

It's ok to admit this character is failing by metrics it doesn't make you racist or sexist, but to say she's a thoroughly popular character hurts your credibility and makes me wonder why I'm here. I actually liked her series just fine, but apparently I was one of the few. I agree with your other takes - nobody watched the series, the movie was terrible, and she doesn't have enough comic fans to pull it through. A fun, low-expectation teamup series of Kamala and Kate Bishop would suit me, but these days the MCU doesn't do small. Or apparently "fun".
Sorry, but a new community without hate watchers and right wing grifters is forming. IMDb ratings are meaningless, her TV show is fine and she is easily the most enjoyable part of the Marvels. Marvel can’t make another Ironman but she is obviously more popular than characters like shangchi in a haters and grifters free community.
I like her too dude but mathematically speaking she isn’t a sell. They need to earn a lot of fans back. Popular characters have a better chance of doing that. It’s not political.
Yet another 🤡 who ignores the fact that ALL the marvel heroes get new comic runs constantly. In the exact way she does. Can fake fans come up with a new argument already? Or at least pretend to understand how comics work? Her main run was so popular, it achieved the widely coveted SEVENTH print in no time.

I think it's been confirmed that it is indeed Agatha. Not to mention from what I understand it's a musical episode (which Wandavision and Agatha All Along could be described as) and as far as I know that particular character is voiced by Kathryn Hahn, the actress who plays Agatha, and with What If they either get the same MCU actor to play the character or they get someone else who they haven't done any MCU stuff with before, most often a professional Voice Actor.

Yes, they charged me to see GOTG3, Wakanda Forever, and Deadpool and Wolverine, and I enjoyed every minute of those. Not sure what you mean here.
What If s2 was better than s1. The last episode was atrocious and the first was a little weak, but the Christmas episode really stood out.
