Is there a way to put your fan game in the playlist with the other game boy games. So that all offical and fan games for a system are in one place?
As long as I understand the question right, yes. The ROMs can go anywhere you'd like, so long as you go to the "Settings" -> "Directories" menu and tell RetroArch where your ROMs are stored on your device / microSD. As for playlists, though, they can be a bit - "fickle" - about finding homebrew titles, so you might have to load them from the "Load Content" menu and then open them from the "History" section for future ease of access.

Depending what you wanna play Nintendo or super for Nintendo I downloaded the app GBA emulator and for super nintendo snes9x
I couldnt find it on play store either so instead Google retroarch apk. It will bring up a link to retroarch on the playstore.
Strange. Just as a possibility, did you look in the Google Play Store or the Samsung one? I think Samsung has their own unique store with about the same app label as the Google one. Worth double checking, just in case.

Two possibilities, maybe. What part of the world are you in? Might make a difference. Also, make sure you use the "Google Play Store" and not another one like the Galaxy Store or other proprietary store.
Dose GBA, NES, etc. require also BIOSes? Not explained when the BIOS is needed
You need only the bios if you want to have the main menu of the console. If you only want to play the game, you dont need a bios file

How to search for games on SD Memory Card and not on the memory of the phone?
Well, if you mean where to download them online, it's not permitted on TH-cam. However, if you mean where to put them on the actual SD card itself, you can really put them wherever you'd like. Then go in to RetroArch settings, them "Directory", then you can set the paths for the BIOS and ROM files from there to your specific location on the SD card.

Well, you can actually just download your ROM and BIOS files directly onto your device. Then point RetroArch to the ROM and BIOS files stored on your device. That setting is under the settings section, then "Directory", and the top two settings in "Directory" let you customize the location of BIOS and ROM files.

Orrrr, if you live in UK, there's no versions. Fortunately, I have a galaxy phone, and it's on Samsungs own equivalent to the playstore.
