Wow people really need to put some respect on EXO leader suho name this guy took his group to the top of the mountain and he shows nothing but respect and love to his members he pays for every meal when they go out and make sure they're doing okay. And the way he is with EXO-L is on another level the strong bond they have together is amazing that's why he has the slogan We Are One Let's Love. He was the one that had to come out in front of the crowd even though he was really sad after losing three members and he had to put on the smile and think the fans for never leaving them. He was voted one of the best leaders in K-pop many times him not being in this list is just weird but it doesn't matter he's my favorite leader in K-pop history

Everyone should put more respect on JAY B's name. Dude literally managed to get all GOT7 trademarks and copyrights from a big company and took matters into his own hands and lead their very first comeback as a free independent group. Not everyone has the gut and dedication to pull all that!

Where is Suho? He is clearly one of the best leaders and many 4th generation leaders clearly follow his example.

Scoups (Seventeen) & Namjoon (BTS) will always be my fav leaders.
Scoups protecting & fighting for his members‚ Putting himself aside‚ "The members are more important to me than the company" etc.
And Namjoon leading the group in the best way‚ resolving fights‚ protecting the members‚ always being there for them in their worst times‚ being the only English speaker of the group‚ translating for the members & leading them well in the US‚ etc.
Soyeon is the best leader ever
I like Yunho alot but everytime I see him as one of the best leader, I can't stop laughing 😂. They are a group of 2 person right now, basically he doesn't even need to manage the group instead it is just a teamwork and communication between him and Changmin😅.

Not quite sure if those "videos" of Jimin and AOA can be treated as an evidence. After Mina's accusations, there was lots of videos bashing Jimin for treating other members poorly and later turned out that those clips were taken out of context and exaggerated. I am not saying she is completely innocent, but I don't recall other AOA members complaining about Jimin as a leader.

Nct 127, nct dream and wayv leaders
I'm not familiar with a lot of the groups leaders listed but Jihyo is an amazing leader, and called God Jihyo by Once for a reason. When the survival show "Sixteen" took place that helped form Twice, JYP and other members talked about or commented that Jihyo would make a great leader or showed great leadership no matter what group she was in during the show. In the show the sixteen were split into two groups: Major and Minor. Everyone expected Jihyo to be in the Major from the start cause of her basically legendary status at JYP, but when she was put in Minors, she took it with grace in maturity. Through the competition even when she was criticized she took it with grace and vowed to improve what she needed to improve and did it. She looked out for everyone not just on the team she was currently in but also ones she had been promoted from. She encouraged everyone not to give up. There was a reason all the trainees were in awe of her from the beginning, and ultimately when they had to vote a trainee off and also vote for who they though would make a great leader. Jihyo was the person they voted would make a great leader of Twice before the group was finalized in the 10th and final episode. She was only in the Minors twice at the beginning of the series, and was Major for the rest of the program. When the Major and Minor teams split into sub group her team always won, even if JYP picked the opposite. In fact when the Minor team was down to 5 members because of eliminations, JYP announced that the Minor team could request a member of the Majors to join them to make sure there was an even number of people on both teams. The Major would not lose their spot in the Majors, and still be considered a Major but just be on loan. You know who they picked, Jihyo is who they picked. Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Dahyun, Tzuyu, and Chaeryeong were in the Minors. Jihyo helped the Minors when with the audience votes thus helping Nayeon, Jeongyeon and Dahyun to join the Majors.
J-line has talked amongst themselves in a outing they did together in which they talked about how lucky they feel that Jihyo is their leader, cause they feel they don't know what would have happened to them under another leader I think if Twice hadn't been created. Especially cause Sana and Momo promised each other they would debut together, even though it almost didn't happen cause Momo was eliminated in episode 6. When the eliminated members were brought back to do a final dance with all the trainees who competed, after the members were announced and that two more members were added so going from 7 to 9 Jihyo embraced Tzuyu who was added by audience and views vote and JYP called Momo on stage to join them. Momo was shaking and in tears when she was told she would get to be a part of Twice. Jihyo took Momo in her arms and held her and helped calm her down and just made sure she was ok, cause Momo and no one else but JYP and some others in the agency knew Momo was going to get the opportunity to join after being eliminated. Tzuyu talked about in an interview she and Jihyo did about how Jihyo brought her home with her, during the groups down time, cause Tzuyu was feeling homesick. You can tell the group has great affection for Jihyo, even when they tease her you know it's out of love and respect.

Personally? TXT’s Soobin comes to my mind. He is a gentle and comforting leader that knows how to reach each individual member and work with their personalities. Also, he has had to deal with the hate that txt has gotten from the beginning and has often stood up for his team and remained mentally strong for his members.
