I believe that is the EGR valve not the secondary air injection valve.

Nope this is secondary air injection valve i myself did this operation.

New cars comes with secondary air injection valve system fully electronic.

What did you use to clean and can I use 9V battery to check the valve? I've already removed the valve and will try to repair using your method. Thank you bhai

Bhai me ny NASA ka Carburettor cleaner use kia hy cleaning k liay

Nothing just cleaned it with carburettor cleaner and applied WD40 while operating it
