    When you fall on hard times, it's nice to have someone available who can loan you money. When you can't pay the money back, it's embarrassing and your first lines of defense are avoidance and/or making excuses. It is important to communicate and pay a bit here and there to show that you truly intend on paying back the loan. It shows the person who loaned you money that you are appreciative of their help. It's also important that you are not in a position where you have to ask for more money when you already owe money. If it's truly a need, get another job to make the finances work.
    That being said: I don't think the three able bodied adult defendants here intend to pay the plaintiff back. There is no effort whatsoever to make good on their promise to pay back. The fact that they are suing the plaintiff for services he was already paid for, shows their true character. The fact that they can't find a Bible that is used for weekly family Bible studies is also suspicious.

    • @kathleencalhoun2225
      @kathleencalhoun2225 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Right. The Bible with the fancy picture on the cover is probably what attracted his attention to it to begin with, and upon going through it and hearing her talk about it, he viewed it as not just your ordinary Bible, but one with much more value than a store-bought Bible, say from Walmart, so he coveted it and came up with that excuse to "borrow" it. He should forget about taking Bible classes -- they won't help him.

    these defendants are absolute scumbags!! They could tell they could take advantage of this lady!! And the daughter comes wearing a dress like it's Saturday night and she's ready to go out to the club....but, How dare someone ask to borrow that kind of money from someone when you're NOT even friends with them, you're only a co-worker... And on top of that, you just go and ask them can I borrow $1,600 and don't even give them an excuse why you need?? It isn't like you're asking just to borrow $20.... But the plaintiff in no way should have lent them any kind of money especially taking it out of her own home equity loan!! they asked to borrow money, they seen how easy it was to get it from her, so they were able to score again a second time for an even higher amount!! I can guarantee that none of their family members/closest friends would EVER lend them that kind of money... probably not even $50.00!! And for them not to even make an effort to start paying her back couple dollars here, a couple dollars there, even if it was $100 a month just to show they're trying to make some kind of effort.... But I don't know how the plaintiff thought that these people not having that kind of money to begin with were going to have that money within 2 months to pay it bk?!? The plaintiff does seem like a very nice woman I just hope she doesn't let her guard down ever again like that so I hope she learned her lesson NEVER to lend that kind of money out to ANYONE no matter the sob story!!

The daughter is wearing a club shirt in a overhead lit room. Their aura though the screen alone is just nasty. The father can barely talk (pacific). They KNOW they took advantage of that lady and looked at her as a easy money target! What they didn't know was even though she old, she isn't dumb and took their butts to court and sued them for her money. They thought she wasn't going to do anything but she did and now they're looking stupid because they never had the money to pay her back and probably still don't!! Did the daughter think she was going to the club!? If I borrowed money for one of my able-bodied kids they would be helping me pay it back!!
