The politician with ties to Death Watch seemed pretty narrow minded and earnestly seemed to consider Jango Fett not a Mandalorian, because he wasn't born on Mandalor or even in the Mandalor sector. Bo Katan Kryze and her Night Owls see Boba Fett as just another clone of Jango, even if he doesn't have the mental modifications or accelerated aging. The Children of the Watch, are even more extreme than their parent organization and don't consider someone a Mandalorian unless they follow their very strict moral code or The Way. By their standards very few Mandalorians seen in Clone Wars or Rebels make the cut, and by the end of Season 2 Din Djarin is no longer as dogmatic any more, the Beskarsmith would be disappointed in him.

Absolutely one of the most badass ships in the SW galaxy! Maybe even in sci-fi overall. There’s some good ones out there in other franchises (granted) but the Slave I is not only iconic but wholly original in concept (have you ever seen another ship land and take off that way?) and truly armed to the teeth as well. The definition of a one-off, like the Millennium Falcon but way more deadly.
I’d really like to see podracer breakdowns like this. And a breakdown of the razor crest. Nobody seemed to say anything about how the razor crest showed how far carbon freezing advanced since the first time we saw carbon freezing on cloud city.
That ship and it’s carbon freezing system is actually from before the clone wars. It was used by the galactic republic security force. The chamber on bespin was primitive and crude by most standards.
The one on bespin was probably intended for freezing tibana gas, it would probably be like going to a frozen food packing center and forcing them to put someone in cryostasis.
In one of the Legends Dengar stole SlaveII Ithink, and Boba Fett ruminated it was a mistake to name Slave I with the I because by calling it Slave I people realized he must have another hidden away.
I was thinking the same thing when Boba Fett used the seismic bomb! I loved that explosion when Jango used it. Definitely had the same reaction! When Boba released it at the ties I wasn't sure but was just saying come on come on....Thongggggggg!
Slave-1 and the B-Wing were my favorite ships, mostly because how unique they were. Didn’t know about the seismic charges with the Slave-1 until the movies and didn’t know about the Death Laser of the B-Wing until I watched game play for a previous fighter game.
I feel one issue with this ship over the years is its size consistency. Generally when it is shown, it seems small like it just has a cockpit and a trunk. Then when you look up info on the ship, you see it has a massive interior space. Two floors with a sleeping room for himself and a lower area with prison cells to hold multiple people and still more empty space to move around.
We know that Jango was a Mandalorian for sure. The still cannon Dark Horse comic confirmed that he fought as a Mandalorian and killed Jedi in a war. Boba on the other hand...well being a Mandalorian is a mind set and cultural style so Boba definitely meets the mind set and cultural style of a Mandalorian but he never formally adopted the title or heritage.
You also forgot it's bumpin' stereo! Rumored to have the most bass of any star-ship in the galaxy! Plus, it had good enough hydraulics to make the front end clear 6 feet easy when "bouncin' for the babes"! (a phase Boba was known to use, usually after one too many white russians! Of course this was before the Mandalorians jumped on the PC bandwagon))
I wouldn't expect any virtual experiences so far and Din isn't a hero or a villain, more a refugee for awhile . F31 less recoil, nice idea to imagine more concise battles with a Hero fleet AI . Perhaps those aboard ISD Imperial Bounty (my own imagined scenario) would kinda combat those rebel scum thieves and scavengers.

Look up the story of Darth Bane. Unfortunately dumbass Disney made it non canon, but it was canon before. Basically Darth Bane created a plan to destroy both the Jedi and the brotherhood of darkness, which was the sith order at the time. The 'thought bomb' technique killed almost every force wielder on the planet and left the galaxy with just him and his apprentice Darth zannah, as well as a handful of jedi.

My understanding is Jango and Din Djarin were both raised by a Mandalorian. If the proper paperwork was filed they would be Naturalized citizens. By doing that Boba is automatically a Mandalorian. If this is true since Jango was Boba's dad that would also make ALL the clones technically Mandalorian. Easy way to find out do an episode on their passports.
Boba Fett basically has the bond car of the star wars universe, with all those cool gadgets and tricks in one weathered but sleek looking vessel it's no mystery where that best bounty hunter money went.

If Mandalorian armor covered as much of the body that full plate armour from the late Middle Ages or the Renaissance in Europe did, then I would agree. But it doesn't. The Slave One is a legendary ship, and Mandalorians definitely love weapons in general and defense systems on ships.

The Slave-1 was the best ship in Star Wars. Not cause it was the fastest or most agile but because it had seismic charges and those are the best
