Great video Jon! Unconscious bias has been on my mind a lot lately particularly with the launch of TikTok resumes, which I think are a dumpster fire fueled by unconscious bias. It's great to get your insights into bias.

Honestly, I haven't stayed on top of the whole TikTok resumes thing but you're right, the first thought of it suggests the introduction of a ton of biases that you may just want to stay away from it.
