One more reason in favour of the full face mask: you can talk to those around you, especially under water, because water conducts sound waves well. So if you are snorkeling with friends or family, you can talk to each other. This is not possible with a conventional mask and snorkel.

I agree, these full face masks are great but if you want to “dive down” or free dive they keep floating you back to the surface.
No more neckpain because I can hold my head straight whilst swimming!! Great invention!

Dude get traditional, i tried full face and its litterally for people who just want to look down from the surface.
With a bit of exercise you can go down 8 or 9 meters with a traditional, it really opens a whole new world.

I prefer the traditional because:
1. I dive as well as snorkel and it saves me having two masks.
2. When I do snorkel I tend to go below the surface.
3. My mask has prescription lenses.
There are a lot of people who prefer to float around on the surface. I’m not one of them. If that’s all you are going to do, it’s probably the better option for you.
Yes this is a good evaluation. Full face is good if you don't like the normal mask and snorkel and are not planning to go down in to the water. If you gonna dive down get a good mask with a nice high quality Silicone seal and hardened glass together with a snorkel. On the snorkel simple is often better.

I take it you dont do the traditional spitting in your mask to keep fog out? Also, if you learn with a mask and snorkel and want to upgrade it to a snorkel mask, I will say jlit takes time to normalize breathing through your nose.
I love these masks. they make snorkeling much more fun and with the air in your lungs and the air the the mask you can stay floating on the surface of the water with little to no effort making your adventure snorkeling last longer. These would be great for seeing reefs from the surface of the water and will keep those waves from throwing water into your tube. That's one thing I hated about the older snorkeling masks. water could easily get into the tube you breath in and choke you. This makes me want to go to the pool. I want to feel healthier and have a summer body first.

Things that made me never regret buying my snorkel. Excellent vision underwater so you can see dropped items, Easy to put on and comftorble. Cons: If you wear that to long you get light headed so you have to sit down and take it off for a second, not good for jumping in water because the pressure takes it off some leaving water in the mask covering your mouth eyes and nose. Also just something to be careful of I put my mask on my head and it was holding water in it so I lift it up some in the front to get it out and got instant water boarded lol
I wonder if some form of long term rebreather or gill mask would be possible to make, imagine being able to dive almost as deep as you wanted without having to worry about oxygen, I said almost because the pressure would eventually kill you

i like the one with the snorkel because i can go a little down and i can breath while the full face has a small tube that u cant go down

I disagree. A mask and snorkel is much more agile and comfortable to wear; in other words, it is much closer to the sensation of not wearing anything and allows you to dive without any problem. In other words, much more freedom and enjoyment

They don't allow these in many pools. That is a good reason.
My facial skin is sensitive to chlorine and it causes irritation. Is this mask protect the face throughly?

Last time I do use a full face snorter must I don’t way to Safari but in it and I always round yeah man I love a nose and eyes one that instead I hate the full face snorkel mask absolutely wow my opinion but you can choose otherwise but I want to dive master

Don't buy a full face snorkel mask. In some places they are banned because of their potential harm.
No harm if you have a good quality one.
Unless you are a baby snorkler who never will dive under water, don't get a snorkel mask.
For anyone wanting to purchase these full facial mask please do some research, because it isn’t good!!! Ours were thrown I the trash,

Oh my, this staff really useless, if you compare it with regular one 😂😂😂
First of all, if you burned your regular mask when you just bought it, and spit a bit before you going swim, it’s not foggy at all, and all the procedures take maximum few minutes)
Next, if you choose right regular mask for your face, there is no claustrophobia, cause you see everything and not feeling mask, and you are not in the “closed glass box”
So, about nose and mouth, yes it’s more comfortable, but few times with normal mask, and you feel comfortable and regular too)
So minuses of full face mask:
1. You can’t equalize pressure
2. You can’t go really deep if you want
3. You cant scratch your face, if you need it
4. Almost all the time it’s not so good quality of this kind of mask, so you fill a bit water coming inside.
5. Harder to transport
6. Harder to release water from the mask
