Kind of stupid to make a quick tutorial for how to program something that you need a massively expensive tool just to do it. You might as well have said “a dealership is your only choice.”
I have 2 new unprogrammed remotes and took it to a car locksmith. He had a scanner/like yours and when trying to connect to hummer for info nothing would pop up. Like it didn't exist. It wouldn't connect so that he could program the remotes. He said he's never had that problem before. I know when I hook up a regular OBD2 reader it scans fine. Shows my van and everything. But trying to pull up the software for the remotes doesn't happen. Are you located in Southern California by any chance?
thank you jvfix
THANK YOU
muy buen video y infomativo
yeee
Thanks for the video but dude that 'music-sountrack' was more than I could bare. Maybe next time rethink that one.
Yea I am very aware of that problem and I learned from that mistake. Thank you

Hey i was wondering if you need that programing tool or not?
Yes you need something similar there is no onboard programming procedure for this model unfortunately.

@@quentinryan Good point. Didn't work on my Hummer either
@@quentinryanvideos are geared more towards locksmiths
Will this work for my h3 2007
yea it should work as long as you have the right fcc ID from your original remote.
I have 2 new unprogrammed remotes and took it to a car locksmith. He had a scanner/like yours and when trying to connect to hummer for info nothing would pop up. Like it didn't exist. I meant to say it shows my VIN not van LOL
Choose it manually then. It should work. I am not on southern California unfortunately.
Are you in Houston? Can you program mine ?
You can do the manual instructions.
I am in California
Bluedrive??? Maybe???
I have never used that one but u can try who knows maybe it could work
2008 and up, not 2003 to 2011
alrighty will make a change in the tittle thanks.
You spent half the video talking about how your fob doesn't work...who cares just get to the remedy...I wouldn't be here if my fob worked....
yea my early videos weren't that great but I have improved and with comments like these I take it and improve more.
@@JVFIXLLC Well that makes you a nicer person than me... As I get older I have lost my patience for most things!❤️
