I heard about them after hearing about 2 other sets of twins that married each other, and one of those couples gave birth to identical twin boys.

Yes their children could be twins they will have the same dna, I think they are both hoping for that

Most likely no. Think of it this way: siblings don’t look the exact same even if they have the same parents. However they will most definitely look like siblings rather than cousins.
