Thanks for joining me this year in this watercolor journaling journey. I hope to paint in my journal most days of the year and invite you to join me. We don't need big resolutions, just gentle intentions to tend to our creative soul, a little bit everyday. And learn a little something along the way.

As July the first comes very soon, please could you do a red and white for Canada Day 🇨🇦
I’m sorry I missed Canada Day. But you can definitely modify this to just include red and white flowers and leave out the blue.

I have a very hard time seeing where I’ve put water before the paint. How much water are you putting down?
If you look at your paper at and angles where you out the water should have a glossy sheen to it. If it’s still somewhat satin looking it’s probably not quite wet enough.
