- Today we're painting hydrangeas in front of a door.
Thanks for joining me this year in this watercolor journaling journey. I hope to paint in my journal most days of the year and invite you to join me. Beautiful ❤ I love the simple everyday feel of this one!
This idea of sketching with paint instead of pencil really helped me understand shadows and layers... because the sketch needs to be light! I have a hard time seeing and envisioning shadows. I definitely need to try this!
