Feather was the first place I thought of for the Sword of Once and Future. Most commander decks seems like it's just a surveil 2 most of the time but Feather seems like it can take full advantage of it.
@@CommanderReplay Sword + Teacher-Bird = "Oh, that spell is in my graveyard? Don't mind me while i bring it back in the most degenerate way ALL OVER AGAIN! 😅"
@@politikh Yeah for this deck it seems really good because theres any number of reasons why spells you want end up in your graveyard. Having someone way to get them back is fantastic, and the sword is more continous than a past in flames or something like that.
Hey mitch just thought I'd mention you might want to consider running a few more token producers, those run with limited resources and path of exile means ramp for you 5 lands for everyone else. Having a path also gives you the option to path feather for a land if she's going to be removed thereby cutting commander tax in half.
I would absolutely love to see you pilot a zurgo and ojutai deck with feather as a hidden commander with mirrorwing dragon, archaeomancer, and unsummon effects. I am building a sneak and show deck that utilizes that strategy to protect my cards from the sneak attack effects
Regarding Feather being maybe the top Boros : it is currently Osgir with 7774 decks, Feather with 7454 (-300) and 3rd place is Winota with 6405 (1000 less than Feather!). Quite the top 2!
@@CommanderReplay Indeed! With all the new goodies! 🥰 The challenge now is balancing offense/defense. That and managing opponents who go wide/aristocrats. /rub hands
Ah yeah I can see that. Problem with green is that theres always atleast 10 cards that all do the same thing. Choosing one over another is an interesting topic.
Context is everything! It became apparent that I was going a lot harder than the rest of the table. Also, because Ive played feather a lot of times i know what she can do, I was really more interested in looking at the new cards, my purpose for this game wasnt winning, but looking at as many new things as possible. Could have used the tutor better though if I had thought through this more.
It's always the best surprise when you pull up TH-cam and see a new cmdr replay vid ❤
Welcome back feather!
Love the new urabrask
Yeah new urabrask is strooooong. Im excited to get another look at some of the battles.
Feather video = instant like

its a complicated card. If you dont have the spell to recast it is significantly weaker. If you do have one though it can be pretty good.

Another great Video with my favorite girl Feather!❤
Yeah shes great. Im glad I got to see some of the new stuff with her....testing cards in the 99 is always difficult, glad to get it on the first try.

I made a hidden feather deck using Rocco and its been a lot of fun :)
Rocco is fun like that!
I would like to see this decklist if you have it paste-able.

Feather is just so much fun.
Yeah feather is a good time. Its gotten a little easier since its printing, but probably the single hardest commander to narrow down 100.
Druid class is amazing in lands decks.

Was at least 15 turns to get to my first enchantment tutor, i was dead in the water from turn 5 onward
Ouch that is rough. You were so close to have it all too.
1:35 all that work just for a guttersnipe? Lol
(I bought four)
Lol yeah. But its a guttersnipe that wipes the board :)
@CommanderReply did you just pitch a I win? You once called me out midvideo for leaving someone on 1.
