Every Senior Retiring Homes promises the Moon whether they may call it by Tapovan or by other name never gives clarification regarding their price structure.If anybody asks these details they conveniently give the standard reply come and visit us to feel the inner peace but the ultimate question is what is the cost to feel that Inner Peace.The Grass is always Green from a distance but the Reality is different since as a sr I personally visited a similar retreat in Hyderabad two years back lured by their world class promotion called Saket Pranam but in reality when I visited I felt by the time i reached I felt like ending up with saying Final Pranam to the world. Since the infrastructure was really shocking.
The facilities they speak of do not come free. Think of an independent home surrounded by greenery, a temple nearby, service personnel for errands etc. and work out the cost. Everything in this world today has a price attached, including the Gods. Most people coming here are well educated and therefore language is never a problem. Compare the facilities with senior living homes or elderly care homes in the US and you can still see that these are affordable facilities.

It’s one of the best home for senior citizens. Food served is very hygienic. We can make our own food, if we wish to. Villas can be owned and we can have our own transport vehicle.
You can please have an interview with Mr. Narayana swamy too. His 2 BHK villa will be like a suite in Five star hotel with lots of flowers planted around his villa

Review is bad - Promoter is one of the biggest frauds among brahmin community. He had cheated numerous innocent retirees from North to South, East to West. Most money minded, smooth talker, wicked intentions, would not hesitate to destroy people for the sake of money. He will lie without any compunction and had ability to corrupt any system or official. Has made a lot of money but a miser to the core. Has a knack of selecting vulnerable customers. Especially single senior citizens.
All the so called sr citizens homes offer moon to the potential customers but in reality they are purely BUSINESS VENTURES,out to make a quick buck.Almost all are badly managed & food is expensive & less tasty.Better to be away from these homes if you can!

The roads you are showing are uneven. Senior citizens need even surface so that they do not trip over. Also, if it rains the roads should not have any slush. These are basic. Also provide seats on the pathways and provide good lighting.
