இன்னும் 5 ஆண்டுகளில் இது மாதிரி New Name வைத்து (Appratment family ) என்று கூட்டு குடும்பம் மாக எல்லோரும் ஒரே flat-ல் குடியிருப்பார்கள். காலையில் காபி, டிபன், சாப்பாடு, வேலைக்கு ஆள் இருந்தால், குழந்தையை (க்றிச் சில்) விட வேண்டாம்😅New Appratment -ல் பிறக்கும் முதல் ஆயூல் உள்ளவரை Happy-யாக No டென்ஷன், NO B.P எல்லோரும் சுறுசுறுப்புடன் வேலைக்கு போய் சம்பாத்தி பணம் இருந்தால் சமையல் செய்ய தேவையில் லை.எல்லோரும் என்றும் 16 ஆக ஆரோக்கியமாக இருக்க லாம்.👍💐💐🙏🙏

They all would have worked really hard in their initial years, both the couple would have gone for job, invested all their income in educating their children. Once the children settled really well in their life, they would have sold the house they would have bought at the young age, also they would have had their retirement benefits, they would have pooled all their investments, retirement benefits etc and bought a house in Nana Nani. Now may be their children also support them financially as they are not able to live permanently with their parents.
These parents would have accepted it gracefully as they respect their children's privacy and independence. Once in a while, they may go and be with their children for few days/months.

Just love from children... unfortunately many are not able to enjoy this due to many practical scenarios...those grandparents pass their life and time by enjoying with neighbour hood children, kids of different ages.. they're advertising like this colony is only for aged persons....in normal apartments with all these amenities will be the best option for them... it's just my opinion

I see most of them commenting "only for rich". Is it wrong to work hard so you can have a peaceful retirement life? If you see yourself as a middle class, you could try to get yourself to the rich category. What's stopping you? ❤ I am these souls would not have gotten everything they have and/or enjoy now easily. They must have worked hard when they were young. Perhaps worked even harder to give their children very good education that they are able to take care of the parents in this way. ❤ You cannot complain about everything. That's all I am saying.
