It’s the playing for second mindset ICM has introduced into the game. The second one player gets a 2:1 chip advantage over the 2nd biggest stack everyone rocks it up hoping someone else gets coolered before them.
There has been no river card been more unfair than this ten. On the other hand.. the short stack calls, why not just find the nitty fold there for a ladder? Oh well, signed sealed delivered. Nice content.
uhh the fact that the short stack calls make it easier for us to call given icm. If both players bust we still get 3rd where as if short stack folds and we call and bust we get 4th. Hope that makes sense..
Also, i don’t trust online poker anymore because it’s too easy for players to use RTA on a laptop on a separate internet from the PC they’re playing on. Unfortunate reality we live in.

You say that like someone invented ICM. ICM has always been around, people just adjust better now because solvers exist.
