"After last year's Arnold Australia, I made the two block trip from my hotel to Melbourne's Queen Victoria Market. When you spend 4 months getting ready for a bodybuilding competition and then wake up the morning after, you quickly realize that you can eat whenever and whatever you'd like. This is a luxury that you don't have in a prep. Sometimes, with all this extra freedom comes the question: 'What should I do first?' My answer was simple - hit the market." - Evan Centopani
While in Melbourne, Australia after the 2016 Arnold Classic, Evan hits the Queen Victoria Market on a hunt to find foods he can't get back home.

Whilst I agree Evan has a really nice dimeanour and seems a great guy, that's a pretty unfair, stereotypical summary of bodybuilders who are a varied bunch of characters like any other demographic.
I've trained and competed since 1980 and sure, I've have met some arrogant assholes who do fit your image; but I've met many more who just embrace the training lifestyle and are usually friendly and modest and just want to make improvements towards their goals.

Evan is so humble and unassuming. He is this big bodybuilding star who acts like he is just a regular guy walking down the street. I grew up in Trumbull, Ct. and feel proud to have him representing our town and state. Good job Evan.

Joy banger101 well cone to Europe and you'll find a market like this in any middle sized town every weekend. Especially in countries like Italy, Spain, France.
Evan looks so down to earth and even humble. I know must of us "wished" we looked like this, but imagine him, everywhere he goes, people staring at him, asking the same questions every single time. I bet it would be fun for a while, specially getting attention from women, but I think anyone would feel like some kind of a freak and even lonely at the end of the day.
