This really speaks to the channel title - this was 'the joy of tennis' a master touring his domain with poise and equanimity!
    Beautiful - thanks for sharing!

Inspired to see such nice drills. I am a tennis coach in Bangalore and will try and teach my students some of these drills. And Federer fully engrossed in the drills is so nice to see.

And this is why he's the best there ever was and can still compete at such a high level at his young age of 38. He didn't get there alone, remember that. Props to all the people who've made him a better player and challenged him over the years, coaches, trainers and players. Most of all to players like Nadal who best him historically in competitions and will never be caught, and may one day surpass his accolades in the sport provided he stays healthy and fit like this. What a treat that would be for Nadal to gain top honors and have Djokovic to chase it down. Roger being a class act would be happy for both their achievements.

I really thought Pouille's career would have took of with the fact that he was practicing with Federer... I guess I was wrong!!

It would have been nice if he did more of these, but then again, who wants to let opponents know what you are thinking until your career is over.
