How do you keep finding new concepts. Amazing
This works so well. Thanks for reminding me
Please don’t persecute me, I am applying all your detailed techniques to Pickleball, I’m 70 years old never had the opportunity to play tennis, so this is where I’m at now. So much fun for me to learn tennis techniques!thank you!
Love the concept of holding a grip a couple of sizes too big. That really connects.
Boy, just when I thought I had Steve all figured out? Thanks Coach! Just a hunch but wondering if this is one of the secrets to Andre Rubelev's blurring racquet speed? Incredible how he gets so much pace on the ball because I've got his racquet so understand what he's doing is far from easy. He gets so much pace on his forehand, this tip must be in there somewhere 🤔 🎄Happy Holidays Steve! 🎄
Thanks for reminding me of something we did a while back. I remember sometimes when playing bur I should practice the bounce you describe more often to ingrain it in my body.😮 happy Christmas
Fascinating...
Very interesting
Yet another absolutely fresh idea that before I even try it, already got a feeling it would work wonders. Amazing coach!
Glad your enjoying the channel
Please let me know how it goes?

@@oneminutetennis I'm back to share my experience. As soon as I watched this video, I tried this on a friendly match I had scheduled the next day. It went TERRIBLY and my forehand became a total mess. I did realize though I had zero training beforehand and it was a bad idea to implement it in a match right away. So, I did some self-training (hitting wall) in the next 2 weeks and it became apparent that my consistency was up a level because of the increase in racquet head speed. I played with the same player again today, and surprisingly (or perhaps unsurprisingly) beat him with ease. This tip is so on point for me personally, it tops any other advises I got from any other coaches on how to increase racquet head speed. Bravo, Coach!
❤genius. I call it
Hello coach ,
What a revelation for me your teachings.
Do I squeeze the grip at contact with the ball?
Hi. That's for the kind words. Yes you do squeeze the grip at contact. But don't do it consciously. It will just happen... It's great that your enjoying the site.

Very much. Maybe even more in the service stroke It's great that your enjoying the site.

So they open just before the drop. Yes?
Federer holds with a very loose grip. There are clips of the ball making contact and the racquet wobbling, which suggests a very loose grip. Had assumed Rafa would have a similar loose grip. But here we see that Rafa has tape on his fingers. 🤔
