Given the variation of the Wilson QC, I would guess the difference is likely more due to the overlapped grid feels in hand, rather than the slight difference in the weight and balance.

And if the strings are different types and gauges, ideally remove those, too. But we all know Harry is cr*p with racquet matching anyway.

Thicker overgrip = thicker handle. It also adds more cushion, which adds comfort. I think it's the added comfort that takes away the feel of the weight of the racquet. Imagine holding that same racquet with a 1 inch handle...you will feel the handle (in your hand) much more than with a 4 3/8. The additional feel in the hand creates a heavier perception of the racquet, which is what Ethan is referring to.

I used to play with Head Prestige Graphene 360+ rackets, shocking QC. 8g weight difference. Then i bought 3 x Prince Phantoms, at half the price of Head rackets, and surpise surprise, they weigh exactly the same, no joke. Balance was also the same, to the mm. And i just bought another 3 x Prince Textreme Tour 100 290 rackets, and boom, all 3 weigh exactly the same and balance the same again! Prince rackets are made in China like Head and Wilson and Babolat but their QC is astonishingly good.

Let's give the kid some credit. The difference is slight (and maybe built in from the factory), but he feels that difference, and that alone means he as less confidence in the stick. Me? My senses are far less well tuned. I might be able to tell the difference between my Artengo and a 2x4. Maybe.

Those two racquets look identical which means that they might have been selected (you can ask TW to select closest matching racquets in inventory for a small fee) oe customized. I've never had Wilson racquets that were the same weight, balance and swingweight. I used to have five KPS88s and they ranged from 12.5 ounces to 13.1 ounces strung. It seems like this kid is just very sensitive.

    This is interesting
Yesterday I changed my grip with Wilson shock and Wilson white pro ) on a RF97uls (2015 red and black)
After hitting with it I felt unsatisfied and I went back to my rf97L (tuxedo )sublime and Wilson pro white overgrip a different feel to it.
This morning I was comparing I felt the uls handle was leaning
So I did a redo of the overgrip
And it seems a bit balanced now. The tuxedo is balanced evenly.
I'm planning to restring It soon to a full sensation or as a hybrid with rpm like the tuxedo at 52-53.
I agree with Harry and the kid is right on too. It makes sense. More overlap with change balance and feel.
