i love the drive. This is early morning and I can’t sleep so I love this ride. I love that you tell us where we are and that you do so many pullouts and drone views. I hope you have others for me to watch. ❤😮
I am glad the you enjoy the video, I have a few drives of the Beartooth Highway and The Bighorn Mountains. I hope you enjoy them as well. I try to mark the areas so that the drive is informational as well as beautiful scenery. I hope you are able to sleep.
We have snowmobiled that area for years, staying in Cooke City, this past summer was my first time over the entirety of Beartooth Pass, in a car, drove from Red Lodge, to Cooke City and then thru Yellowstone to Gardner. My favorite place on earth!! Great video!!
@@grogman1911 I am glad you are enjoying this video. It would be great if I could use that music with the video but that whole copyright thing holds me back. 😊
Really enjoy your videos. Missed this road two years ago due to wash outs. Hope to fly in first of August, renting a motorcycle from Eagle Riders and riding it. Beautiful country up there you have.
I'm really enjoying your videos ! My wife and I are going out to this area in mid September. Your videos really have us anxious to go see all the beauty of Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, and all these senic drives. Thanks for giving us a preview of what's to come !!
@@rustyjohnson2659 I mostly use a GoPro11 to capture the video from the moving Jeep or Motorcycle. Still shots and some video, I use a Nikon Z6 and my Iphone.
Thanks for the info. I have a gopro I'll use too. What do you have it mounted on ? You have nice steady shots and good panning around. Sorry for so many questions...lol
@@rustyjohnson2659 No worries, I just have the GoPro 11 mounted onto a Volta, it is one of their grips that is also a battery. I have found that the newer gopros have better stabilization and if the footage still looks wobbly I fix it in Final Cut Pro.I don't use a gimbal, I just hand hold the grip out the drivers window or out the top. I gently rotate the gopro towards different things. I try not to rotate it too quickly otherwise it has a dizzying effect on the viewer. I don't mind the questions, I still do not have the best setup but it works for me. I know that the more successful TH-camrs don't like to give away any of their secrets but when a person is just starting it is nice to get some sort of advice even if they use it as a stepping stone to better ideas.
Great Video! It is beautiful scenery with great camera work and editing. I am curious about the camera and editing tools that you use. We are making another motorcycle trip there the first week of September. Great job. Keep up the good work.
Thank you! I use a GoPro11, I mounted the camera out my side window on this video which is why it is in a stationary position. I use a Nikon Z6 and my Iphone for still shots (and some video). I use Final cut pro for video editing and most of the text and effects are free ones I found on the internet. For my still shots I edit using Lightroom, both versions. I hope your trip out here is awesome.
New Year, New Hard Drive!. We hope to do more Videos from the MC this year but it might be california instead of Montana. I will be back to Montana often but those videos will all be from the Jeep since my husband is working in California. I haven't worked it all our yet. Thanks for watching!.
Thanks for this great video!

Lot of changes have been done since the i drove this road.
They did a great job with the beartooth falls area with the pullouts. What other changes did you see since you where on this road?
