Because of this, even in my childhood, the connection with relatives in this country was lost. In 2008 - 2014, I was friends with a girl from the city of Kolomyia, Ivano-Frankivsk region in Ukraine. She said that her father was a hardened Russophobe and Bandera. But this girl liked Victor Choi's songs and she learned Russian language and wrote poems addressed to Victor. Every June 21 and August 15, she posted a record in memory of Choi in one social network. Everything changed when she went to study in Kiev and the Maidan began in 2014. This girl stood on the Maidan for money, after which she stopped posting in Russian on social networks, writing posts in memory of Viktor Choi. There was a feeling that the person seemed to have been replaced. However, I am aware that she married a radical Bandera. In 2008-2018, I talked to a guy from Dnepropetrovsk. Back in 2009, I was surprised that his older brother left Ukraine for Russia a long time ago and began to live in Taganrog. I understood everything when my friend went to serve in the ATO - Ukrainian army. He told me how nationalists mocked him. Immediately after serving in the army, he moved to Russia just like his brother. I was also friends with guys from Donbass. One is from Makeyevka, the other is from Donetsk. When Russia came to their territory, they were only glad. There are a lot of entries in social networks in support of the current situation. Any political situation has at least two sides. Every country will present itself as a victim. However, you should not believe only one side of the conflict.
