Wow!!! I very seldom see any of those 6th generation Ford F-series pickups around nowadays. What was cool about them back in the days when they were new was they didn't have any recalls on them unlike on a lot of new vehicles nowadays.
Thank you for sharing. There was a couple dent sides in my life I knew really well when I was in my teens in the late 90s, and I've been a Ford truck guy ever since. One of those trucks finally just came into my possession as of a couple days ago. Which is/was my mom's 76 f100 Flareside. She's had it in storage since '86 with a locked up 390 engine. ... hoping this summer it will be going down the road again on its own
HOLY CRAP!!!!! I need to visit this guy..........as soon as I can afford a round trip to Oregon to haul one of these badass trucks home. 10:40 I'd really love to get that yellow crew cab.

1978 was the first year for the fullsize Bronco & for the square shaped headlamps which came standard on the Ranger models & the last year for the round shaped headlamps. 1974 was the first year for the extended cab & 1975 was the first year for the F-150 which was an optional heavy duty half ton pickup at the time because the base F-100 pickups were still in production up through 1983 which was during production of the 7th generation F-series. Crew cabs I believe first came out back in 1967 at the beginning of the 5th generation F-series if I'm not mistaking.
on the f100 and f150s for 1975+ I believe that every 4x4 that year and after had to be an F150 and you could only get the F100 as a 2wd from that point on.
bronco was fender swapped and you know it.... lol. and sportsman top. 06 of 78 is still 78. sept was cut off. thin trim manual 2wd was a 78 custom. a regular cab rear half would fix the crewcab cab, then a set.of doors. boom truck..

Where is this place and does the guy sell these trucks yeah tell these trucks please comment back thank you so very much for this video I love these old trucks
I love these old trucks, we don't get them in the UK so any here are very rare! So I've had an idea, I don't know if it's already being done but is it a viable business model to get old trucks like these and keep them looking old and nostalgic with faded paint and patina, but swap out the engine and all of the running gear to increase performance and reliability?
So that is an amazing collection!!! Question when you get the shop up and going are you going to do more build stuff? Great videos seriously love the personality and genuine excitement
@@MisterMikeTexas you are correct. the F100 was originally a 300 truck and after doing a build on that motor and running it for a bit he built a 460 and put it in the truck.
