😂 I’ve been eyeballing the same triangle myself. Same color even lol I just keep watching your channel and I’ll know if I need to keep buying these parts or not. I love it…..let you try them out first!! 🤘🏻😆
I would say like 230 with gear. Yes it made a big diff for jumps and hard hits. Not so much for the trails. I just recently got the RiFloXa fork and shock. Be looking for that video coming soon. I opted for the 550 spring on this one since the shock is higher quality.
I don’t mind at all. I found running the throttle in the eco-mode with higher percentages on RPMs was closer to stock. I am pretty sure my starting RPM power was like 97% straight to 100 all the way through maybe five or 6000 RPM, then it tapers down like normal, but again this is on the eco-throttle mode with max sensitivity. If you want exact numbers, let me know and I’ll get them and this is at 9 kW by the way.
I think the spring made a huge difference, and yes the rebound and compression still work. Just much better with my weight. My setup is pretty stiff but I like to jump so its been great. My forks however are blown to hell :(
@@brodienelson380 No worries. The spring is such a cheap way to improve the rear shock that its crazy not to try it before spending $600+ On the forks... I don't think its the seals.. but they have never been even remotely good enough. So I am on the hunt and deciding on either FastAce 2.0 or going full out with EXT ferro 😬
On the Sur Ron the rear shock has 8" travel and sag should be 25% of that, So that comes to 2" Sag is measured by the rear axle to a point on the rear fender (the same point must be used for all measurements) you measure that with no one on the bike. You need a second person for the second measurement. Get on the bike wearing your gear, and bounce a few times and keep feet on the pegs. and your helper measure it again. This should be 2" less than your first measurement. If its not.. you need to either tighten or loosen the top shock collar on the spring until its 2"

LOL nice! yeah.. I wish I could just get more seat time on it but this rain is killing me.
@@clu801 yeah dude this time of year sucks. Bipolar Utah as per the norm lol
Great video, just got all the same installed tonight with the help of this video. What did you end up doing with your sag?
Guilty.. I have not set the sag yet. But It hasn't bothered me at all. How you like the stiffer spring?
Hey brother what ur total weight with gear ND bag on that u updated ur shock to 650 from the standard 450 was or is it a very big difference

@@J5THUNDERTEAMNELLIONS its clu801 also. I don't do a lot to IG but I have been meaning to try :)
Hi. I just got the KO Controller and I too prefer the wheelies so I wanted to pick your brain on some good settings on the app plz. Do you mind?

How is the stiffer spring feeling? Also, does the rebound adjuster still work good enough, even with the stiffer spring?

@@clu801awesome! Thanks for the great feedback! Is it just your seals, or more serious?
