- People have been asking for an idea of the framed stuff I have in my house, so I thought I'd start with the stuff on my walls in my garage. I sell this stuff in the Fargo-Moorhead area--I have a little side business called Classic Rock Fargo. I don't make a lot of money doing it, but it's a frickin' fun hobb!
Cool vid Guru. Really neat to see such an assortment of music memorabilia. Looking forward to more. Thanks for the great watch brother !!
Lots of cool stuff there, I still have a lot of my old metal mags, I like all the old ads and interviews. Fun to look at on a boring day.
I started an 80s retro toy collection with my then 4 year old son , who is now 19 . He Man Star Wars GI Joe , it’s been fun . Anyways we hit up the Comicpalooza every year in Houston , few years back I came across this booth were this dude takes old scratched up vinyl and carves the bands logo into the vinyl and frames it . Hard to explain , but it’s incredible. I bought Guns Appetite and Black Crowes Southern Harmony , following year I got Crue Feelgood . Dig your collection , and I recently took your advice and bought Twisted Sister Love Is for Suckers .. it’s great hard pop .
Damn!, your home is like an rock/pop/metal museum. cool stuff. your channel keeps getting better and better.
Damn Anthony you have so many cool items. I love stuff like this so much. If I lived close by and not in Ohio I would have a field day just by checking out everything you have. Side note I love that you have a channel that focuses on hair metal. I love other types of rock too but I grew up with the whole 80’s rock explosion and still today there has never been anything that has even come close to match it. I’m sure everyone here feels the same. Love your channel brother🤘🏼👍🏼
pretty cool stuff, thanks for sharing
All that stuff is cool I used to do the same thing you should run an auction like some of these record stores, I turned my laundry room into the rock n roll laundry with old school posters and autograph album covers most I got myself
That's cool, man!
Great video. I am sure I am not the only one, who would love to see the Guru´s CD and vinyl collection. Me and the Guru are the same age, both of us lifelong metalheads, and both remain committed to physical media. Thank you for the content, I look forward to every new episode on this great channel.
His CD collection is absolutely epic!
Guru this is really cool ! Can you make another video and show us the the smaller frames on the floor?
Absolutely... I'll try to get that out this week! Thanks for watching, man!
If you shipped, I bet all your fans on here would clear you out 😂 cuz I’d love the stones, lightfoot, and Waylon stuff. Hell whom I kidding I’d probably take half of what’s on the wall if $$$ weren’t an issue… awesome collection!
Fuck, that would actually be epic. If I end up shipping I'll let everyone know... and trust me, I know money being an issue, Brother. Thanks for all your support, man.
F’n bad ass dude! Super impressive collection!!
Thanks, Chad! There will be more hair metal in upcoming videos--the garage is kinda decorated for the general public...
wow
Thanks, man. There will be more hair metal in upcoming videos--the garage is kinda decorated for the general public...
September 9, 1976. My literal birthday.
Shit! You're younger than me...
My birthday too 🤘
Melody maker was a good magazine, I loved Mr agreeable.
Hell, yes, agree.
Finally!! Can't wait to watch this
There's probably not as much Hair Metal in this video because I decorated it more for the general public than just general hair metal fans. When I get into the stuff on the floor and especially in the house you'll see dramatically more hair metal. Thanks for all your support, Lucas, you helping the channel out just fucking rules.
Great work. Are you going to sell any Hair Metal Guru tees?
Thanks, Brother, and fuck yes, I'm just working on the distribution. And thanks for your interest and support, man, seriously...
Anthony this is James I just wanna say you got alot of cool stuff I love this KISS ones the most I just wanna say I love the passion you have put into thus stuff I just wish these magazines still cared like they did back in the day but those days are long gone I just wish alot if people today had your passion you do for this stuff music is one my biggest passions their is not one day that I don't listen to music it keeps me going I would like said I would love to have a couple of the KISS ones but I live far from you but anyway never stop the passion my brother and keep on rockin
Man, I appreciate it James. Your passion as a fan of this kind of stuff makes running this channel worthwhile, so thank YOU.
@@HairMetalGuru419 anytime my brother anytime
Gnarly dude 🎉
Appreciate it, Brotha!
Loved the U2 commentary
Me, too... but I bet U2 didn't...
What a fuckin awesome garage🤘🤘🤘...hey Guru would u ship the Ratt Reach For The Sky 12x12 album cover? And if so, how much?
Shit, man, I am thinking about venturing into shipping, but since you're a member, I will start with you and see what I can come up with--I sell the framed album flats for $20, and I have no clue what it costs so ship, but let me work on it. Keep asking me about it so I don't forget. And thank YOU so much for supporting the channel, man, it helps SO MUCH. There will be more hair metal in upcoming videos--the garage is kinda decorated for the general public, just an FYI
Gordon Lightfoot Sundown & Wreck of the edmund fitzgerald👍
Hell, yes, I love those songs.
I bet you hide all the Loverboy ones in your bedroom😆😆
Fuckin' A, I knew putting in those bands was a stupid move... ;-) You'll see some Loverboy soon when I get to the totes! And there will be more hair metal too, because I decorated the garage more for the general public than fans of this channel. Dude, people like you keep the channel going, I appreciate your support, Brother.
@@HairMetalGuru419 some good stuff man i would of bought your Winger and BabylonA.D stuff!!
Why sell all the shit now brotha?
