Thank you for this video! PICA dry pencils are the best. I don't only use them for tile, but have found them useful on my siding projects also.

Pica definitely makes the best pencil. Yet for general purpose I have been using the Swanson eversharp. Very economical and never needs sharpening

I outsource wood & twigs from my yard and then I take toothpaste mixed with graphite mined from millions of years ago.... combined is the best marking tool.

I bought the deep hole ink marker after being impressed by the pressure-wash clip in this video. Perhaps Amazon sold me a dud… but these were nowhere near as tolerant of the wet saw as my Milwaukee markers. I wanted a fine-point version of the Milwaukee but this - in my experience - is not at all it.
I’ll keep ‘em for dry usage but I was super-disappointed.

Dude Making money off the affiliate links. ….bought these. After seeing previous videos. First extremely expensive two pack pens 26 bucks. Second lead very expensive and brittle dropped one lead three inches and shattered. Third their ok but no that great. Stick to sharpies you can get a couple dozen and put them all over the place if you lose one of these you will cry.Also they are big and awkward
@Golf Clash Even better, the Milwaukee permanent marker. Writes on wet and dirty, I like them better than Sharpie.

Trash marking tools. Doing tile I absolutely hate large thick markings. Will it be seen? Chances are no. Framing sure. I use mechanical pencils and when those don't work I just use my tape to line it up to the blade. Remove the tape then cut.
