Suzuki boulevard S40 bobber

Suzuki s40 650cc bobber project build.
Carb has white spacer mod 55 pilot and 152.5 Main jets. Has a uni filter with a 2 1/4 inlet. Exhaust is 40mm but should be a little bigger like a 42mm. 8” rear fender.

I weighed all the parts that came of of, and went back on to my LS650 bobber build. Took off everything that wasn’t needed. Net -45lbs No where near a hundred. I even discarded the front fender. Seemed like more, I get it. The original bike only weighs 350.

My bad, did seem like more when you lift that muffler and rear fender up. She’s long gone now, switched to on/off road bike now.

No they are the stock shocks

Wayne Rowland from my local atv shop. You can buy a jet kit online from ryca motors I think the parts number is rm-0069.

where did you reroute the regulator?

Stuart Scott I drilled two holes on the new fender and mounted it just under the seat. Everything electrical is in the same spot but the black box that I believe is the ecu. I cut the old tab off and welded it back on tucked up as close as I could to the seat.
