They should have had the three original fighters from the very first Movie Fights episode to fight in this one. That would have been amazing.
I feel like they're hesitant to put Mundy in movie fights anymore, from what I've heard he's done some rather controversial things and I think a lot of the fans are kind of sick of him.
What controversial things has he done? I can't remember all the episodes.
Leilani Pigatt I don't remember exactly but I think one of his arguments involved the horrors of genocide and he tried to gulit-trip Andy into giving him the point. I know he's done other stuff too, but it wasn't on the show. I just think his loud crazy answers have lost their charm for a lot of people, like he just doesn't even try anymore

Pixar doesn't need to do live-action reboots. Pixar movies are only fit as CGI animated films, due to the protagonists of the majority of Pixar's films

So, what you basically are saying is that you need MORE superheroes films?
The problem is that it would've looked like every other superhero film. The animation style is one of the reasons of what sets The Incredibles apart from other superhero movies.

I think it was either the writer or director of DB Evolution that recently publicly apologized because they went into the movie with no creative vision or respect for the source material, it was a "paycheck movie." It being a terrible movie has little to do with it being live action and more to do with what I just mentioned.

Once Dr. Strange comes out, it'll give a good idea on how to do a proper DBZ movie. What does that mean? A LOT.
Hang on, I'll say this again. Between Dr. Strange and Man of Steel, you could do a decent Dragonball Z movie.

That would be cool. I thought maybe include it into MCU. I just want to Edna's Mode "No cape" scene with some modification. Have her ask Mr. Incredible if he is able to pick up Mjolnir (cause I think Thor and Vision are the only heroes that has a cape), if not No Cape.

Live action movies is the new LAZY way to make money. First it was Sequels, then Spinoff, then reboots, then Multi-Universe and now Live action. What's next?
yeah the Jungle Book is the only good example I can think of that worked. But even then it was unnecessary

Mike is like the fighter who just chills and holds up his gloves for the first 7 rounds and then realized he has to win and goes crazy and gets the knockout in the 9th

So this is episode #100 and they didn't do anything for it except flashing a Trumpian logo. They could have had a line-up of pop culture celebrities or brought back the original line-up from episode #1 or made it an episode with the belt on the line, created questions with "100" as the running theme. Instead they bring in a pretty meh line up and advertise something they may do at some point before year's end; plus, to make things worse, they did not include time stamps which is a popular feature for this show - unprofessional & sad.
any lineup with Mike Carlson is not a meh lineup.
Keep in mind though that the 2 year anniversary of Movie Fights is coming up next month. 100 movie fights is an achievement but I'm sure they want to save the real special stuff for the 2 year anniversary.

Hmmm...probably never. Originality is being forsaken for profit. There are still unique, creative movies...they are just a rare occurrence now.

Jam Cloudberry DUDE, all you need to do is do a Superhero themed episode like once a month or maybe once every two months and cover all the important topics, not get rid of superhero topics all together, I only watch the fights that have Superhero Movie Topics anyway and Im not alone
Out of every single pixar movie, I think the only one I can see getting a live action and succeeding is Up.

But that would be basicly Fantastic 4...
Neither up not the Incredibles. I don't think that they would be able to bring something new to the table for the former and the latter...let's just say I would rather see a good fantastic 4 movie. Nope, the only Pixar movie which has grounds for a live-action remake is Ratatouille...because then you can tell the same story again, but this time around from the perspective of the human.

I feel like the Good Dinosaur would be pretty good in live action because the character designs in the original are so childlike while the environment around them is beautiful. It would probably make the movie better too.

Pretty underwhelming 100th episode. Shoulda brought back Mundy or Alicia or something. They didn't even put 100th in the title. Feels like they didn't care or they're losing enthusiasm for the show.

Great new Movie Fights montage! I remember suggesting "Wanna Fight?" a while ago on Twitter, so I got super excited when it was used.
With the Hogwarts argument, how did no one mention that it's dangerous literally every year (voldemort, tom riddle, werewolves/dementors/prison escapees, voldemort, voldemort, death eaters, death eaters)
Even things inside the school, like the Basilisk, nearly killed students.

Love the show and the format! Andy does a great job of keeping rounds focused/fun and on point. That is hard to do! Many podcasters and TH-cam presenters lack that ability and I appreciate it

Ok, I actually just finished the video and...despite what I said in my original comment, I do NOT thing he deserved to win this episode whatsoever. Samm DEFINITELY should've had it. I don't think Mike should've even been in the speed round. Cody should've hands down won the sports movie round.
This may hurt my chances of my dreams to work for ScreenJunkies one day... but I think Andy's a pretty horrible judge based on his logic (or lack thereof) and how he weighs his choices...

A couple of these rounds though, although his answers were typical Mike and strange, he had much better arguments than the other two.
If we had stoner fights, Doug Benson should be on it and he'd definitely be the winner as even when stoned, he can make great arguments. Either that or he'd be the host.

They got him on there twice, but since he's busy a lot and he lives in Chicago when Screen Junkies is in L.A, it's pretty difficult to be on there for him.

Is there like an official list of who people who have been banned from movie fights? I would imagine that Kim isn't welcome back, but is there anyone else? It is almost a year since Andre was on, but I doubt anybody would ban that guy from anything. Also, he is super busy.
