fascinating work done shown, you are brilliant Ben Watts, I really like your knowledge, you seems to have no barriers. I am waiting for your new tutorials : )
I'm delighted ye had him to a presentation since I've followed many of his tutorials to get me going in Houdini. Though I'm a little annoyed that the crowd didn't think to take the opportunity to ask Ben more questions.
3:37 What's the second node he's using under the geometry? I dont get it edit: ok, nevermind..the answer is here at 13:00 th-cam.com/video/VIW_Wolpfuc/w-d-xo.html
Am new to houdini ....I need some help...How does one use the add node to delete polygons and keep curves like shown at 17:56 on the node fest video by Ben Watts?
didi anyone get the knitting effect working? I sort of made it working but couldnt get the randm flowy rubbery moving wire during the transition. I can share the file if anyone is interested.
@@ivanlin7995 I guess I did exactly what we can see in the video. Flattened and moved the curvy lines with a translation sop then morph it I to its original shape. Did you get it working right like the results in the video?
@@angosalvo5734 yes I got it working just like the video, I think the attribute manipulation was all hide in that magic modulate2 asset. Can share the hip file with you.

Haha hey Daim :)
Anyone know how to overwrite the rgb constraints at the end, it looks like a kill attribute, that is not shown where it was set.

I found that the knitting pattern in target lines is the factor for the transition movement. Do you use straight lines for target source?
