Hey Wilson, looks like the surf ski handles well. Tell me, do you choreograph your paddling to the music or vice versa? And say who’s that fast female paddler that is right there with you?
Ultimately yes, i would be warmer in the water with a neoprene bootie or sock but there are quite a few pieces of gear that i could say the same thing of - why not a thicker wetsuit, gloves, a full neoprene hood or even a dry suit? Clothing choices for any paddle are a trade off between warmth in the water and how well i can function in my boat - which affects my overall odds of ending up in the water and i tend to just be more comfortable with bare feet.

Looks like so much fun... Nice job! Curious what you're using for a camera mount. Is that a helmet mount?
It's a GoPro Head Strap mount, just a little bit lower position than where a helmet mount would sit.
