  • Insane morning out in Hull Gut. Got out for sunrise, and from the start the birds were going insane, there were fish everywhere, and had an eventful few hours hauling in some really nice Stripers.
If you enjoy this video please like and subscribe, plenty of more fishing content coming your way all summer long. Who knows, might even mix in a Tuna trip soon.

Nice video man! Local Boston fishermen here checking in... looks like a nice push of fish have moved in from the south judging by the sea lice. Keep them coming - just subscribed.

thanks for the good content. I'm slipped over by the Tobin. i picked up a 20 & 30 X Rap. what speed are you typically trolling at 3-5mph? also how many seconds are you letting your line out. thanks for any help in advanced. my first year in Boston ( been in Gloucester for years ) so its been tough to learn a new area.

@@m.a.t2008 Glad you enjoyed! You nailed it, i troll at 3-5mph, and typically let out like 50-75 yards of line. My goal is to get it as far from the prop wash as possible. I would try and go to Boston Light early in the morning and troll around, I always have luck there. I can make a video that lays out exactly how I do everything trolling related. Hope to see you out there and tight lines!

Where were you out trolling and catching all these stripers today

I was at Boston Light and Hull Gut. The key really is to be there at the right time. I have caught more fish between 5:30 and 8 AM than any other time. You gotta be out there when they are feeding. If you aren’t you are basically trolling around hoping you hit one in the face and get a reaction strike
