- From Engineering consultant to full time baker and owner of one of New Zealand's most loved Asian-fusion bakeries, Cathy Fan is an inspiration to many 1.5 generation migrants who want to step into a place of purpose surpassing the status quo of survival.
From mochi filled chocolate brownies, to Durian, Ube, and even Hōjicha Burnt Basque Cheesecakes, there is always a story behind every single creation that comes out of Cathy's oven.

Good on you Cathy. You are an inspiration to many of us. You have described a typical asian family where we are very pressured by our parents to achieve what they see is a successful and monetary career.
