Why These Chefs Decided To Start Selling Pickles
มุมมอง 7182 หลายเดือนก่อน
Ever wondered why cucumbers are always so straight in the supermarkets? It’s cause they’re not. All these odd sized cucumbers won’t even make it to the grocery storefront. Imagine all the weird and wonderful shapes you’re missing out on. That’s the tragedy Mike Larry had in his mind as he began developing the secret brine behind his famous Bones Pickles made with love in the 5th Street Restaura...

What a beautiful soul Chef Carlos is!
We really like Carlos!
This video is pure chaos, executed perfectly. Loved it
What I like to do is add Kimchi in the process PLUS drizzle sesame oil right at the end. The sesame oil makes a beautiful difference. No need for extra msg.
Great video. Thank you Chef!
Why are they cooking without covering their hair?

@@StoryBites. woo hoo! Well I better get myself an ooni too then! 🤩
Good recipe but this is NOT sourdough.
We're obsessed with watching y'all cook! 🔥
We're obsessed with cooking under the blistering heat of your ovens! Can't wait to cook more with y'all! - Justin (longtime fan, and guy behind the camera who gets to eat real good afterwards)
Thanks for sharing Khmer food
This is just a normal artisan loaf of bread. Nothing sourdough about it be it faux or real. 🤷🏼♀️ the technique is much the sam, but obviously you Can make any bread this way. It’s unfortunate because the sourdough is the Best part of the bread… it’s what makes it more digestible to us.
Yummy
I totally agree that late night is the best time for a bowl of ramen. Most nights I get home at 11 pm after work and I would make myself a hot and spicy bowl of ramen. I make homemade ramen seasoning so I don't use the seasoning packets that come with it. I also add other ingredients like spinach, bok choy, napa cabbage and fresh mushrooms. I make even the cheapest instant ramen ,( Maruchan ) look and taste ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
👍😋👍
Can you make the voices louder and lower the music volume for future videos?
Great point! Yes of course
Wow. Adding any premade spices. How creative.
We try our best to impress
Wow! This makes me want to fly to Auckland just to try!
This makes me so happy to read. Thank you for your comment, and please do visit one day :)
Great video! As good as the best eater and NYT food videos. I am shocked at how small your channel is for its quality of work.
Wow, you have no idea how much this means to us. We will keep trying our best to bring the best content we can!
Such a nice story, human at its core, and I just loved seeing all that tasty sushi being done. You have a new fan in Portugal x)
