My application was declined(company formation) But they will not give me a reason. They said I can apply again... But how do you apply again if do not know why it was declined in the first app, to fix the problem.
Honestly, you do not have an appealing look (could be bad genes, but you send sleazy vibes), so i would advise you not repeat-apply; if you do, you are just providing an extra income stream to teh owners of that black mountain.
Great video guys. What would be the minimum ongoing costs annually to operate the LLC? Can you obtain residency for a non married partner if the LLC employs them? I'll be there in spring 2025, I can't wait to look at the beautiful country and investigate the real estate situation. As an Australian, Montenegro looks like a very appealing ex-pat destination.

yearly taxes for the company is around 2000eur, and yes, you can hire your partner as worker for your business, but EYE, that will rise your taxes and more paperwork, that yours alone will be a HELL
In this video, I heard that Africans are not considered for residency and also heard that South Africans are among those relocating to montenegro. How does that even work or is it what I'm thinking it is?
I think they are mostly concerned with a desire to build a society that is pleasant to live in; with South Asians essentially driven-by slave mind and parasitic existence, while Afros too distant from humanity, it is no wonder those Black Mountaineers want to keep life simple, and enjoyable by uninviting the leeches into their midst.
A couple of points. With the company formation, the reapplication processes has become quite cumbersome. You will need to have all of the same documents as when you originally applied including new apostilled criminal check from your home country. Also, you need to pay a monthly account fee and taxes on your pay. For me this was about 220€ each month.
@DanaerysMOD Accountant fee. The accountant processes the payments for taxes and salary payments for the company. As a US citizen, I'm taxed globally. There are some benefits that I can take advantage of but I still have to pay about 15% to the U.S. I'm leaving Montenegro in a couple months but if I was going to stay I would have applied for the new Nomad visa.
@DanaerysMOD And since the question of why usually follows here are a few points. 1) Price are increasing: there was a recent minimum wage increase when there is already high unemployment. This is going to result in prices going up. 2) Mafia: The mafia has become more active over the past year or so, or at least I'm noticing it more. There is no violence but racketeering seems to be an increasing issue. 3) This builds off of point 2 but businesses don't survive here. I see numerous businesses open up and then go out of business or get shut down in less than a year. The amount of vacant commercial real estate is very high. 4) The cost of good education for kids is very high and unaffordable. 5) I came here hoping to see a future for the country, but the culture here and the change in policies from the government indicate this is not likely to change for the better in the near future. In the past 2 years there have been a number of policy changes to get more money out of foreigners. These were generally short sited money grabs that have failed miserably but yet the trend continues. I'm moving to El Salvador, mostly due to the time zone, but if I was to stay in this region, I would strongly look at Albania .
@@RJ-Isaac-TSOML Thanks for the info! I'm looking at setting up the LLC just for the residency, but probably not using it for any payments, salary, etc. So maybe I won't need the accountant.
